New car buying experience I was really scared going into buying a new car. My last experience wasn't the greatest and I was worried it would happen all over again. After lettin I was really scared going into buying a new car. My last experience wasn't the greatest and I was worried it would happen all over again. After letting my co-workers know the stories I was told to contact crosstown. I contacted crosstown online and was contacted back by a Moose Zarandah. We set up an appointment and as the date came I was so nervous. Flash back of my last experience keep coming back. Once I finally meet Moose and after about 5 min my fears were put aside. Mosse was so friendly and professional all at the same time. He made me feel at ease and was so outgoing that we were laughing and joking like we were friends for years. He took the time to let me test drive a few cars which I felt bad about because it had just snowed and he was out there in the cold and snow cleaning off all the cars. Once we got the car that I wanted he took the time to show me all the options there were and different cars with what I wanted and the price. Throughout the time he never pressured me to something I didn't want or that was on there lot. He worked hard on showing me everything and made sure in the end that that was the car I wanted. When it came down to the final deal I really believe he got me the best price he could. He went back and forth with the sales manger and worked hard on my behalf. I felt in the end I didn't have to go else where to see if they would beat it. I told him too that I was going for the extras on warranties and he made sure I got the best price on that as well. After dealing with Moose I now can say there are good salespeople out there that aren't just in it for the money but to make the car buying experience enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Olivia for the paper work. She as well was very friendly and took the time to explain everything I was signing and made sure I got the best rate for financing. The paperwork is always the worst cause its now coming to down to the final of years of payment but she made me feel at ease and comfortable in the final dealings. I highly recommend going to crosstown for your car buying experience. All there staff is very friendly but in the end I would make sure you get Moose as your sales person. Ryan More

EXCELLENT ALL AROUND SERVICE Tony has been so far the BEST and most HONEST salesman we have ever dealt with. He showed us multiple vehicles, with different options and once we settled on a vehicle and price he showed us all the payment options, interest rates and let us choose the best payment that worked for us. The manager assisted in making sure that we are getting the best deal. The funny finance guy Mario made sure that we got the extended service warranty and granted our request on having the payments come out when we want them too. Tony before we left, double checked the paper work and had the mistake in the paper work corrected. They allowed us to exchange our normal gift to something from the parts department. Tony made sure the vehicle is 100% before leaving the dealership. Due to the fact that we live far away they arranged to deliver the vehicle to us free of charge. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Tony and we will never go to a different Chrysler dealer ever again. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a vehicle dealership. More

Feeling Good I walked into Crosstown with some hesitation. I have not had a good relationship with a few dealer I have met along the way and was wondering if the I walked into Crosstown with some hesitation. I have not had a good relationship with a few dealer I have met along the way and was wondering if the last deal I had made with a dealer from a different part of the province was going to be my last good deal. I email earlier about a particular truck and in a very short time "Moose" had emailed me back. I told him what I was looking for and he asked me to come down because he had a truck in mind for me (you see I need a bench in the front and they are now like trying to find the Holy Grail). I went down the next day and Moose immediately greeted me. I was also a bit apprehensive to come with three of my young kids (my wife was in England with the oldest) however, they have an excellent play structure inside and TV area that kept my kids entertained. I never felt pressured while I was there and managed to get a truck that is about 5% away from my perfect truck for the price, it didn't have a sunroof (that's pretty good in my books to get that close). The big thing is for me when I drove away in my new truck I didn't feel like I had just been robbed blind like I have in the past. I would without hesitation recommend seeing Moose and the Crosstown team if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks, Trevor More
