dissatified My husband wanted to get me a gift for following him around to 12 different moves over his 27 years in the military and ordered a Jeep renegade if Feb My husband wanted to get me a gift for following him around to 12 different moves over his 27 years in the military and ordered a Jeep renegade if Feburary. We were told 12 weeks at the most. Sold our other vehicle. Well just received the jeep 5 days ago. YES 8 months!!!! With only 1 car and we do not live in the city. When we went in to do all the paper work and ask for maybe something for our long wait we were told no. If you don't like what you have then don't take the jeep. Then they gave use the wrong paper work so we could not get insurance. Yesterday I was to get winter tires put on it and CAN NOT as they now have to cut the tires nuts off because THEY lost the special key :( what made it worse when we asked for help on a Saturday to fix this problem the gentleman that we deat with with was rude and condescending! So my Thanksgiving is completely cancelled because if I got a flat there was no way to change a tire. Plus now I have to get my wheel nuts cut off a brand new jeep that only has 200 km. Not happy. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not treat people nice and as soon as they get your money then they want you to go away. There are so many dealerships in and around Edmonton please shop around. More

From there the interaction with cassie and Kyle andArt all proved what a great team on customer service. Interesting on this note. I took notice of a wheel alignment machine. I was curious as to the cost for use. To my surprise they were courteous enough to offered at no charge. Im so impressed how they treated my jeep. Id rather go back because my other experience with other dodge dealerships has not been as great as cross town. Not only do you get down to earth folks who work there.
