1st vehcile in my life with regreting issues. Sales people are great. Good customer service but finance department sucks. Finance person sold me insurance when I bought it but I realize next day Sales people are great. Good customer service but finance department sucks. Went to dealership multiple time and they said I cant change it although I was fine with my extended warranty to keep it but not with some other portion of insurance. After long time when I was going thru my paper work it says you have 30 days to change it. My point is why u lie to people if u already know the answer??? because for commission? you might get some portion but as a client I am loosing a lot which I didn't want exactly. Emailed Chrysler Canada no response. Got a experience 1st time in my life. wont happen again. More

When the right truck was located, I was offered a fair trade for my old truck, and a very reasonable purchase price on the new one. Due to the professional and friendly conduct of Manny Hanna and the rest of the sales team, after 15 years of Ford loyalty, I am now driving a Ram. More
