They were easy going and we felt no pressure from them as, they answered all of our questions and also gave us a fair trade for our vehicle. A Lovely Morning I popped into Crosstown for an oil change on my 2014 Grand Cherokee. Cassandra greeted me like I was her favorite uncle. Made me feel very much appr I popped into Crosstown for an oil change on my 2014 Grand Cherokee. Cassandra greeted me like I was her favorite uncle. Made me feel very much appreciated. The service was prompt and efficient. My SUV was done about the same time as I finished my sausage and egg wrap at the dealer's food bar. The computer showed my vehicle was subject to a recall - for which Cassandra ordered the parts. I quite like doing business with Crosstown. More

my first oil change Drove up in my 2015 Dodge Journey for my first oil change today. The boys opened up the overhead door and guided me in. Excellent i thought, cause i am very fussy about the interior. Next i was greeted by clean and friendly staff who knew exactly what they were doing. It was completed in 22mins and i was rolling out the door on my way home. This dealership knows how to respect me and my time. I give the overall first visit a solid 10!!!! See u guys in 5,000kms. Purchasing vehicle This was my first time looking at a jeep product. We were looking for an SUV and liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I had full intention of lookin This was my first time looking at a jeep product. We were looking for an SUV and liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I had full intention of looking at other makes and models and started at Jeep. Patrick Rego was the first salesperson to approach us any he showed us the SUVs right away and then we went for a test drive. He told us to take the vehicle home and take it for a good test drive. They asked what color we wanted and made sure one was available to drive home. We did and when we returned it Sunday afternoon we had made our decision to purchase it. Patrick then handed us over to Jeremy to get financing in order. They were both very pleasant to deal with and we never felt pressured at any time. All in all if you go to Crosstown I would recommend that you ask for Patrick. More
