Amazing Mazin We saw this vehicle online in Jan and it was a really great deal, too good to pass up. Mazin brought the van out for us to do a test drive, and after We saw this vehicle online in Jan and it was a really great deal, too good to pass up. Mazin brought the van out for us to do a test drive, and after a short while it was clear that it was a good fit for our family. We had been driving a Malibu- A low to the ground sedan with not much space for anything. We have a handicapped son who will need wheelchair accessibility, and Mazin took us through the process. He was courteous and helpful with any details we needed dealt with. It was an amazing deal- he gave us a high trade in value for our car, and we have loved it ever since. Thank you Mazin! More

Wrong VIN...still haven't signed paperwork to correct. Where do I start..... I was on the hunt for a new vehicle Dec 2014 as my current vehicle was going to take months to repair and I couldn't Where do I start..... I was on the hunt for a new vehicle Dec 2014 as my current vehicle was going to take months to repair and I couldn't afford to be without a vehicle. I was all set to purchase a vehicle from a different dealership however I wandered into Crosstown to see what they could do for me. I was BLOWN away with the customer service and at the end of the day decided to purchase the vehicle from them, even though I paid a little bit more for the vehicle. I am willing to pay a little more if I am being treated right. Since I have bought the car it has been a gong show. I had to have a tire repaired in January 2015 and so I took it into get serviced and we discovered that I was not driving the vehicle that I bought and registered and insured. They had provided me with the wrong car. All the bells, whistles and colour were the same but the VIN was different. The dealership felt bad and fixed my tire for free and sent me on my way to have this rectified. I immediately drove to Crosstown and requested a letter from them stating what had happened as I had concerns that if I got pulled over I was going to be looking at some heavy fines for driving an unregistered, uninsured vehicle. The dealership refused to do this. I than requested a dealer plate to protect me and they obliged me on this. They indicated that finance would in touch so that I could come and sign documents to sign for the actual vehicle that I am driving as there was a loan involved. (Still haven't filled out any papers and don't think that this is going to happen). Two months have gone and on March 15th, I called roadside to come and assist me with an issue. Roadside has no record of the vehicle being sold and I am again giving one freebie to get this issue dealt I talk to Crosstown and told that someone will call me back, no one does. I than fill out an online complaint that day, no one calls me. I send an email to the dealership on March 17th with no response. On March 18th, I take my vehicle in for the repairs that were needed and was told that I was going to have to pay as again I didn't own the vehicle that I was driving and there was no warranty to cover me. Needless to say I was furious and called and demanded to speak to a manager. I was told a manager would call me in a few minutes and they didn't. an employee called me back. I waited 20 minutes and called and asked for the manager by name (Marco) and got him. He said that he didn't know what was going on and would call me back in an hour.....two and half hours went by and I called and asked to speak to him, I went to voice mail. He did call me back fairly quickly after that and I had raised my voice as I was mad with all of the xx of what I was going through. I told him I just want the vehicle on my purchase contract as that is the vehicle that I agreed to buy. I was told that they sold it to someone else, how I have no idea, there was a lien on the vehicle, I had it registered and insured in my name but apparently they did sell it to someone else. Due to me voicing my opinions loudly, he was done with me and transferred me to reception to talk to someone else. I spoke to a manager by the name of Adam. He was patient and handled my anger and didn't dismiss me. He called me back when he promised that he would call me back. He however at one point told me that this was partially my fault as I should have looked at the VIN and verified that the car that I drove off the lot was the vehicle that I purchased. He than offered to give me a free tank of gas for my troubles, this offended me. I have spent TWO MONTHS chasing you to fix your error and you want to give me a free tank of gas (which by the way I didn't get). I have reassurance that the GOLD PLAN warranty that I purchased is now on my vehicle three months after I have purchased it but I have not called to verify. I have also called TD and asked them for a copy of my sales contract that states that I agreed to purchase the vehicle that I am stuck driving and I know that they will not be able to produce this. Due to the dealerships lack of ownership of their error and their inability to rectify the situation in a timely fashion and their inability to offer anything to me for compensation for their error , I will be filing a complaint with AMVIC next week so that they can investigate and deal with this as this is totally unacceptable. More

I was in a bit of a rush as I needed a new vehicle and the service/sales staff was great to deal with. I never felt rushed or pushed to make any decisions. They had my best interest in mind. I got the car I wanted at a lower price than I thought I was going to pay. Great customer service combined with truly friendly staff made the experience a cut above the rest. More
