I waited a week to get a relatively new and well maintained car back in my possession. Talking with the service manager was useless and he sounded like he couldn't care less. Just a suggestion Dealers! Stock parts for the products you sell. With the exception of Ambyr (the service attendant) it was a terrible experience. More

I got a call from Mazin asking if we wanted to trade it in. Went in to find out more and ended up driving away with fully loaded 2014 Dodge Journey R\T for not much more than I was paying originally. The R/T is a much nicer vehicle than the one we had previously and Mazin also threw in a bunch of extras as well. All in all it was a great experience with lots of laughs and fun with my family while we were waiting.
