This is a follow up review to my post on May 22, 2025. Someone at the dealership read that 2-star review and reached out, asking me to contact the service manager (Brian Neggers), which I did. Brian seemed very apologetic and driven to get to the bottom of the electrical issue I’ve been having. He had me bring the vehicle in and leave it with them for an extended period of time. Even held a conference call with him and one of his techs to try and explain what they’re going to do to make things right since they don’t wanna to go “throwing parts at it” without diagnosis. After a number of days, I was informed that it was now an ABS module that needed replacing. When I asked the service person, I was assured that they were confident in this diagnosis. Another $700+. Immediately upon receiving the Jeep, I noted the same weird light on the dash (an illuminated light for an option that my Jeep doesn’t even have), and my auto start/stop not working. Being that it was a Saturday when I picked it up, I knew nothing was going to get sorted over the weekend so I took the vehicle home with me. Didn’t drive it again until this morning (Tuesday), and I had the same light appear on the dash, a warning “ding”, and my auto start/stop out of service still. I wrote an email to Brian Neggers once again first thing this morning and as of noon, I continue to wait for a reply. The rating I am assessing today is based on much the same rubric I used for my previous review. While the staff are friendly, courteous, and seem to want to help diagnose this issue, the fact remains that I have a faulty vehicle that they are unable to repair. This is turning a very frustrating experience into a very frustrating AND expensive one. My patience is running thin. As promised from the previous review, I will once again report back here with updated information. I sincerely hope I am able to give a better rating in my future post. More

No doubt on the service they’re doing great. But i have some disappointment , like before they made a rotation on my tire but sadly they ruin one of the bolt on the front tire without even repor But i have some disappointment , like before they made a rotation on my tire but sadly they ruin one of the bolt on the front tire without even reporting it to me.. just found out when i have other service and they asked to change it immediately since it is for safety measures and asked me to pay more than $300, so thats why i refuse to pay since the last person who touch or change my tire is one of your technician… then other events occur yesterday June 4, 2025 when they change my wiper they accidentally hit my windshield and crack it big time, but at first they didnt report it again instead ask me to have it replaced for $729 and thats the time im start wondering again why i need to change when in fact to the best of my knowledge theres no big damage on windshield that i know of. Thankfully one of the managers in lube express approach me and told me that they are going to change it for free.. if not for him, maybe i will your premises without knowing of the crack on the windshield.. anyway big kudos to that person for being honest.. Took vehicle in to assess problem with ParkSense as well as airbag recall. Had an 8am appointment but it was not touched until 2pm, then was asked if I could leave overnight. As I couldn't they offered a rental, that was about the extent of my positive experience. They had to keep it an extra day as tech broke bolts in my roof liner and charged me $220 to tell me the ParkSense was a broken wire that would cost over $400 to repair, even though they took a picture clearly showing the exposed wire but would not splice it. On top of all that, the tech left a disgusting mess all over the interior of my car, cracked my roof liner and didn't properly reinstall the weatherstripping over my door. Also managed to scratch my steering wheel. While I appreciate that my service advisor did her best to address the situation, my experience was definitely lacking and other than returning to have the broken roof liner repaired I am hard pressed to find a reason to return to Crosstown. **UPDATE** Part of being a good business is how you react to complaints. Once my vehicle was booked back in to review the concerns listed above, Vanessa was extremely attentive and empathetic to my concerns. When I picked up the car all of the issues had been addressed and the service team took the time to fully clean and polish the interior. Mistakes happen. Anger and disappointment are natural reactions to this. The attention to my concerns and quality of the corrections to those mistakes went above my expectations and have left me satisfied with the overall experience despite the initial experience. More
