Hello Shellian, As I stated in my review I am not interested in an argument as I am absolutely disgusted not only in the fact that I was quoted one price and given another but in the overall prices charged and/or quoted on other work recommended to be done. It was recommended to me to go to Crosstown from a friend as they had heard Crosstown has better customer service then I have received from Derek Dodge were I had originally purchased my truck from. The work done by the mechanic seems to have resolved my the primary issue I was having with my truck and I am grateful for this but in the end to be quoted high prices for transmission flush and replace and then quoted one price and then charged significantly higher in the end is a huge let down not to mention that as a part of the oil change I was offered a 50 point inspection plus tire rotation as a packaged deal and the tire rotation was not done. So again I do not wish to argue this matter much further, I gave Crosstown a shot and was hugely disappointed, I paid my bill and will take any future servicing needed else where. I find it funny how crosstown down plays this by calling it a "miscommunication" as it was so not a miscommunication. I was told $120.00, I even asked him 3 different times on the price and was told "yes, that is correct". far from a miscommunication, my truck was also there for a tire rotation which was never done, I am now wondering if the brake fluid change was even done and will be taking my truck in for someone to check. I also looked over the oil change work as it seemed suddenly my truck was leaking from under, what I found was absolutely disgusting. Oil all over the place on the under side of my truck, I mean if you guys are professionals shouldn't the job be done in a professional manner, neat and tidy?? In the end I'm glad it was for servicing on my truck that I have found out how unprofessional crosstown is as i have been considering trading my truck in for a newer model and am damn glad it wasn't for that reason to find how poorly crosstown is.
