I am usually a cheerful guy, but the lady that waited on me had me almost convinced that I am sorry for bringing in my vehicle to Crosstown for service. The oil change was complimentary (VIP) and she was going to change me $97.84. I politely mentioned that Allan said this is a N/C service, as did Emily, who made my booking. The counter lady seemed upset that I brought this up, so she page Allan, who indeed confirm that it is VIP, no charge. She then said that I only had a $50.00 credit and still owed $47.84, so I questioned her again. She finally asked another lady to assist her, so I didn't have to pay anything. I politely mentioned to her when I left to have a good day, with no reply???? More

And if she didn't know, she got the answer for me. My first experience, it had seemed, the repair shop was very disorganized, but upon a second trip, I would recommend a first thing in the morning appointment. Overall, I would highly recommend, and will go back to if necessary. More

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP I had gone to Crosstown in december to try and get a 2015 Jeep Patriot with High Altitude Package. A guy from head office was there and we talked for awhile and I said what I was willing to pay and he talked to the manager and came back and said "Okay, we will do 27000 taxes included, but this si an offer right her right now, take it or leave it. I don't like being given an ultimatum so I told him no and left. I complained to FCA about not being able to get a 2015, then I get am email from Ashley, who says she wants to earn my business and will see what she can do. After an email saying 25000 for a used 2015, with 19000km on nit, I told her not to contact me again unless they were going to get real on the price, that I knew the vehicle was not worth more than 19000. She contacted me back saying she thinks we have a deal, and wanted me to come down. I explained to her that I am not rushing into anything, I needed more infomation before I was coming all the way up there, a two hour drive. She got all the info and I said okay, I want to take it and have my mechanic look it over, she said that she could let me take it for 72 hours. She kept trying to get a deposit out of me and I said I would not give a deposit on something I wasn't sure I was going to buy, she understood and I told her I would be up at 3pm. There was over 20emails regarding this deal which I have saved.This was at 11:30 She said that the one manager wanted to talk to me too, so I called him and we chatted about this and agreed to the same things, so I left to come up. When my wife and I get there, the first time Ashley and Mario tell us is that the jeep got sold just before we got there. Knowing this was a classic BAIT AND SWITCH play, we heard them out offering us the same vehicle with 6000 less km on it for 25000. I told them they were crooks and would never do business with them again. I raised my voice at being cheated this way and this other salesman made the mistake of hgetting in my face and saying, " Respect yourself" and kept repeating this. I was ready to react but didn't and instead kept yelling, then I was swarmed by about a dozen salesman, and one asked me to leave, I said "I am leaving and I won't do business with you xxxxxxxx again, and I will make sure the press knows about this garbage" I left and have not started my campaign against this company as I am waiting to see if they will pay my demand for my costs and losses for being Deceived, Baited and Switched. The owner has until friday to respond. THIS IS NOT THE WAY it should be when you go to buy a vehicle. Places like this cannot get away with this treatment or they will just keep doing it. I am standing up for myself, as well as every other person who has experienced this here. and will not rest until they are conducting business fairly or are shut down. It is sickening tho think that they will do anything to get you into their little offices to try and bamboozle people into buying from them, at the highest cost. AS FAR AS I am concerned, the employees I dealt with acted criminally and with reprehensible conduct and must be held accountable. I will never do business with this company again and believe that there needs to be a call for greater regulation of this industry. More

This was starting to be way to habitual for my liking. The staff had always checked my tires happily but we could not get at the root of my problem. This time with the assistance of service staff Cassandra, Tyler (kyler??), and Jame, they took the time and responsibility to try and determine the source of my problem. ........ And they were successful. They fixed the problem, filled my tires and were very helpful and professional in doing so.
