very disappointed I have had numerous phone calls asking if I was interested in trading in my car on a new vehicle. I told them yes and set up a time to meet with a sp I have had numerous phone calls asking if I was interested in trading in my car on a new vehicle. I told them yes and set up a time to meet with a specific salesman. Each time I go there at the agreed upon time the salesman is not there. They tell me that another salesman will help me. I just say no thank you and walk out. I made an appointment with a specific person and when I get there I am told they have gone for the day or are not in. I didn't make an appointment with the other sales person who they say will help me I was talking to a specific person on the phone and that is who I made the appointment with. To me this is not a very professional way of doing business. If I was to make an appointment to meet with someone in my job and I did not meet with the person I would get into trouble as I was the one who made the appointment and then did not bother to call the person I was supposed to meet with to make other arrangements. My wife asks me why I continue to try and deal with Crosstown with the problems I have had. She is suggesting I try a different dealership or even a different brand of vehicle altogether. Now I am considering her advice. I don't know what has happened to the service at Crosstown. I have purchased two vehicles from Crosstown and I guess they are not interested in having me continue to be a customer of theirs with this kind of lack of service. More
