AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Absolutely the best customer service we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Shopping with two small kids can be tough and these guys are totally up for the challenge. They even have a cute little play area to entertain kids. The dealership is very bright and clean. Plenty of stock to choose from and if they don't have exactly what you want they will find it for you really quick. Everything about this place is great. They are willing to take their time with you and keep conversation going to keep you comfortable. They really try to get to know their customers so they can help you make the choice that fits your family. If your shopping with children I have to highly recommend dealing with Sarah. She's outstanding! Jerry did everything possible to find us exactly what we wanted. He was really patient and has great honest communication. Then Marco in the finance department is the funniest and sweetest man ever. You can just tell when you walk in its a great place as the staff are smiling and greeting you. I feel so threatened and scared to be in Crosstown I walked into the dealership on Monday June 1st, 2015. I was looking to purchase at vehicle or view a vehicle. I was interested in the jeep Wrangler. I walked into the dealership on Monday June 1st, 2015. I was looking to purchase at vehicle or view a vehicle. I was interested in the jeep Wrangler. After looking around I was finally able to find a sales representative and asked him for help. I described the vehicle I want and what I was looking for. I told him I am looking for a wrangler, heated front seats, automatic, hard top, aux plug in, 4 doors, and looking to pay no more than 150 biweekly, and 400 will be pushing it and i prefer staying on the lower side of the price as i will be returning to school. I told him I prefer red , it is my favorite color, and no green or black. He said I might have the vehicle for you. He goes outside and bring a used vehicle, white , leather seats, and FULLY loaded (2013 or 2014). I take it for a test drive and it wasnt bad, it felt nice. we walked inside to discuss the price, ad he said its around 37,000 ( i can not remember if that was including tax and other fees) . At the point I looked at him and said I am unsure about the price, i mean it is used with few KMs on it, why am I paying this high price, and he said " oh well because its fully loaded with leather seats too " and I said to him the price is what matters to me more than these extras, as I am on a tight budget. He left the room and my friend and I started discussing the vehicle, there were few things I did not like about it, especially the price. he came back and Manny walked in with him. turns out Manny knew of my dad and started giving a talk about how this is business we come from the same country and how I should trust him and he will be giving me the best deal. So i felt safe at that point and that I could trust him. I dont ever recall meeting Manny before but he seemed to know my dad. Manny my friend and I sat in Jerry J's office and we started discussing what was wrong with this vehicle and how I did not want to pay that price given it is after all used. so he said we ll how about a new one, and I told him I know a new one goes for that price as well but we can look, I mean if I am paying that much might as well pay it for a new one. We came to a final price for the new one for 37000, after we agreed on what is in the vehicle and what it will come with ( Fabric seats, red, Wrangler sport, 0 KM , A/C and hard top ) he said it does not have heated seats but he will add them to it and will charge me extra, his Biweekly price came up to $235 on 84 Months term with a 4000 down payment. He also promised to add a remote started for the vehicle. at this point Manny said, oh no, we do not have this vehicle here we have to bring it from another dealer and we will exchange it with them. I can not guarantee that we will be able to get it, however, I am Sure once we give them the black wrangler in exchange for your red one, they will take it happily as black sells faster. So dont Worry Maryam, i can Almost Guarantee they will do the exchange. At that point I said ok, Bring the vehicle and I would like to see it, I also would like to check the Price with my dad on this offer. He looks at me and my friends and says I can not bring it, I have to get a deposit from you, and I asked how much and he said $1000. I told him I do not feel comfortable putting that money down, as I do not want to put money down while I am unsure, he kept saying how the money is 100% refundable and kept going how if I do not want it for any reason I can get this money back and at this point I felt pressured . My friend asked him twice to ensure that this money is refundable for WHATEVER reason i do not want the vehicle .. and he said YES off course my dear, I know her dad, I would never tell you something if it is not true. I will not screw you the money is just to bring the vehicle here because i have to show my manager that you want to see it so i can make the exchange with our sister dealer. we said ok I guess there is no harm ( I have never been vehicle shopping at a dealership) Manny went ahead and check my preaproval for finance, and kept saying how I have amazing credit. Took us upstairs to pay the deposit, and the Person taking the money she said if for any reason you decide you dont want the vehicle this is fully refundable. I said and do I pay cash or credit, and they prefered Credit and Manny said credit is better, so if you come in on Wednesday and you do not want it you get your money back right away, cash the cheque will take about two weeks. while I am paying the deposit I checked again ( with my friend there ) Is this refundable and the finance person said yes 100% . I signed the offer to purchase with Manny, paid the deposit , the offer to purchase was SUBJECT TO VIEWING and i did not notice that many did not put down Subject to Parental approval on there, even though i told him I need to think about the price and discuss it with my parents. Yesterday June 3, 2015. I went to view the vehicle, and it was dirty ( not washed - as promised ) I sat in it with a friend for 5 minutes and something did not feel right, I was not very happy about the price and I felt I was taken advantage off couple days ago, and the vehicle did not feel right. I went inside and met again with Jerry J and told him I do not think I will take this vehicle I ve been thinking about the price and it is way over budget. He got upset and said why did u not tell me that earlier today when I called you, I was excited to sell you this Vehicle. I told him I was thinking of the price discussed it with my parents and as a person who is going back to school this is way out of budget, and the reason I did not tell him earlier is because I diid not have my mind made. The moment I saw the vehicle sat in it, It just did not feel right and I wasnt comfortable. I told him I loved it , the Colour is right, it has what i asked for ( except the heated seats and remote started ). However, It was not what i expected in the sense once I sat in it , something about the vehicle I did not like and I want the deposit back. I felt pressure from Jerry J at that point, he gave me a sad face almost about to cry saying Why did you do this to me Maryam ... Jerry J left the Room and went ahead and called his manager Jerry Ziniak. Jerry Z walks in and says what is the problem and I said I no longer want to purchase this vehicle this price is too high, and I love it but its not right for me, and he said NO YOU SIGNED THE PAPER, YOU GET NO MONEY BACK, WE BROUGHT IT HERE FOR YOU. ALL i SEE is that price is the issue but you agreed on it.. And I said I know I did but i just came in saw the vehicle and i No longer want it. He started going off on how he just lost 40,000 bringing this vehicle in and how is he supposed to explain to him manager why he has en extra vehicle here etc .. At that point I said to him , Manny told me he is exchanging this vehicle with another dealer, I Told him I was unsure about it and he promised that this money is fully refundable for whatever reason and thats why i agreed on putting a deposit. I said to him Manny knows my culture I told Manny I had to ask my dad before I make a commitment and he said yes that is not a problem. Where is Manny ? Jerry Z goes on how Manny left already and he isnt there. And i said to him well I want my 1000$ back you cant do this. and I was on my phone while he is talking just sending an important text ( work related ) and I looked and i said im sorry could you repeat that... Jerry J Storms off his seat and Walks towards and right in my face saying all I HEAR FROM YOU IS ******, these ARE ALL EXCUSES, YOU ARE ****** WASTING MY TIME, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT AND THAT IS IT. I look at him and say DID U JUST SWEAR AT ME , you have no right to swear at me i am a customer, and he says YA I DONT HAVE THE ****** time TO WASTE . this is not going anywhere . Some how Jerry Z comes back and has Manny with him ( so he lied when he said Manny has left ) and at this point my friend that was originally with me the day we put the deposit was here , and we told Manny, I told him I Remember both of us asking you if this is refundable for any reason, U know our culture and I had to discuss it with my dad before finally approving, and you said I am fully covered I can get the deposit back, and Manny did not really say much. Jerry J suggested I take the Vehicle for a drive, And i said Ok, that is part of my subject to view, so I decided to take it for a test drive to reconsider my initial thoughts. I took the vehicle and as soon as we started driving and headed towards the highway, I said pressing on the paddles needs more pressure than the one I initially test drove, Jerry J said Oh its ok , its probably because it is new. I said to him it could be but I am very uncomfortable. the vehicle was shaking on the high way and i felt like it was not stable . The entire ride my male friend was sitting next to me and Jerry in the back I was saying how uncomfortable and unsafe I feel. I asked Jerry to take a short ride rather than the long route. Getting Closer to the dealership I can no longer stand how uncomfortable and unsafe I was feeling, I pulled over and had my friend drive the rest of the way. We got back to Crosstown and I said this test drive has just confirmed my suspicion about not wanting the vehicle. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable driving it. the sales associates started arguing how come I was fine when I went for the 1st test drive on June 1st; I said this vehicle felt different, it felt a little bit shakey on the road and I guess I needed two test drives to realize this is not the vehicle I want And i am uncomfortable and yes my legs do not fully reach the paddles ( I mentioned that and they said you should have realized this when you went for the 1st test drive ... ) At this point i was feeling very afraid, offended and insulted for the way i was treated, I felt like I was a door mat that Jerry Z just wiped his feet on. Jerry Z went further to unleash his rage and anger at my friends and I saying You will not get any money back. And i told him you brought it here you will sell it to someone else, he goes on saying NO I BROUGHT IT AND ITS EXTRA I WONT SELL IT. YOU ARE NOT GETTING ANYTHING BACK ... U KEEP MAKING UP EXCUSES lets have the lawyers involved. I told him I will report this to AMVIC he SAID GO AHEAD THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT , YOU WILL NOT GET THE MONEY BACK . The day I walked into that dealership on june 1st. Jerry J went on saying how this is the BEST DEALERSHIP AND LARGEST NaTION WIDE. To be honest, seeing how these people at this dealership treated me and the threats and the lack of professionalism the employees have there is no way I will ever buy a vehicle from them . How do i Know once I sign that binding contract that this is not how I will be treated when I am their customer for the next 84 Months. I feel so threatened and scared to even walk back into that place, Jerry Z was very aggressive and rude and disrespectful i never want to go back there or step a foot in that place. I want my deposit back as it was promised , and I have more than 2 witnesses More
