Getting it right the first time. I just recently took delivery of my 2016 Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn Limited at Crosstown. This vehicle replaced my 2014 Ram Laramie. Both of my trucks I just recently took delivery of my 2016 Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn Limited at Crosstown. This vehicle replaced my 2014 Ram Laramie. Both of my trucks were factory ordered from Crosstown. Pat Savoie ordered the most recent vehicle for me and was very detail orientated ensuring that my needs were identified and reflected in the new truck. Once the vehicle arrived it was fast tracked through PDI and made ready for my final inspection. All of my "add on needs" we're looked after by Tyler Vinck who mans the Parts desk at Crosstown. Tyler assisted me in choosing the parts that would best suit my needs as working in the construction industry will test all parts to their limits. Would I recommend Crosstown to my friends? Absolutley, the team I named above that worked with me are top notch in the automotive industry. More

Once they have your money they don't care! This dealership is a joke I have bought 3 vehicles from them totalling over $140K. My most recent purchase was a 2015 Dodge Ram Laramie 1500. after going back and forth to the dealership 4 time to get the second set of keys I should have known they were fools. I noticed a week or so ago rust appearing on the chrome. The truck has 9000km on it its 8 months old. I brought it in and they told me to use steel wool and that pretty much tough luck. The service manager is arrogant and rude I would not purchase a vehicle there or have it serviced there ever again. If you like good customer service I would recommend a smaller dealership perhaps a Chev or a Ford that can withstand the elements even. More
