Right from the minute I entered the showroom I felt comfortable, and at ease. We were directed to Vinny who greeted us with a firm hand shake and a warm smile. Andrea explained our payment options and helped me choose the right after market products which best suited my life style. Had a breakdown on a return trip from Toronto to Indianapolis on Hwy. 401. I got off at Kitchener, found Crosby VW, took my car in. Ian took the time to not only find me a hotel, but also get a discount on the hotel (wonderful room by the way). Crosby drove me to the hotel and called in the morning to say my car was ready, picked me up at 11:00 am and I was on my way. Ian just stepped up because he could see how frazzled I was and took care of everything for me. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and for the service I received while there. I drive from Indianapolis to Toronto and back once a month and hope to be able to use Crosby for regular VW service in the future. More

When I met them to pick up the car, Kaitlin was super friendly and showed me all the little details on the car and Conrad could not have been a more professional individual and eased my nervousness about car dealerships in general. I had previously purchased 2 VWs at Crosby, and those experiences were both quite positive. When I returned this year to buy a GTI, the model and dealership were not in question, so perhaps Conrad had an experiences were both quite positive. But he certainly enhanced the whole process, exhibiting respect and good knowledge, providing extra information about the Wolfsburg Edition which I eventually chose, and patiently handling my questions and delivery timing. Andrea capably handled the business side, providing no-pressure information on aftermarket options, and Kaitlin was very helpful on delivery day, making the pickup a bit of an event! I have had my Jetta for the better part of a year now and I couldn't be happier with it! I spent a lot of time in many different dealership while narrowing down my next car, because of that I think I can app I couldn't be happier with it! It was a very "no pressure" type atmosphere and I liked how I was encouraged to take a good amount of time for a test drive, which I didn't get elsewhere.
