I can honestly Say, none of them came close to matching our experience at Crosby. The people at Crosby Volkswagen were ahead of the pack by leaps and bounds. Vinny knew the two cars we were looking to buy. Upon our arrival, the cars were both ready for us to go. He indicated that we can go where ever we want, and to take our time with no restrictions. He did not need or want to come with us on the test drive. This gave us a private and personal experience. Every other dealer indicated they "HAD" to come with us on the ride, and only allowed us a short 5-10 minute test ride, all on their pre-planned route. Never once did anyone there bash or talk-down another car company. Most of the other dealers would say something negative about another brand when we indicated that we test drove another brand name. This only re-enforced our good experience with the team at Crosby. We ended up buying a Volkwagen, and when we took it in for service or to buy accessories, the people in that department were equally as professional, happy, and warm with us. We rate Crosby Volkswagen, Vinny, and the entire team 5/5 stars! My wife and I both feel that if you're in the market for a new or used car, please do your selves a favor, and go check them out. This was not the first VW dealership we went into in our search for our new car, we are from out of town, and our first stop was the closest dealer to us in London, we felt a little "beat up" after trying to negotiate a price on a used 2012 passat, we were told that they don't negotiate price on cars anymore, the price listed is the price cars sell for... Sounded like a lot of car salesmen b.s... They refused to negotiate, so we walked out. We stopped at another dealer in Waterloo, and they didn't seem to have time for us, and then we walked into Crosby, and met with Erik.... Treated very professional, and to the point, we were able to negotiate a great deal for exactly the car we were looking for. A few days later, we received a call from Kaitlin, set up a pickup time, and picked the car up without issue. Couldn't have been a better experience with Crosby from start to finish, I would recommend going there, even if it wasn't the closest dealership, it was well worth our 160km trip! More

My delivery was an "off site" delivery and Kaitlin Kettle met me in Brantford with my new car and she was so lovely and friendly. Andrea Douglas is the finance manager and I met with her to get all of my ducks in a row, she was great. From start to finish, the process was so fast and easy. I wasn't sure what car I was looking for, and Andrew walked me through all my options, explaining the advantages and drawbacks to each option, and helped me find the car that was perfect for me. I was so impressed by how much he knew about each car model, and he was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. He always had a smile on his face, and made me feel at home. The price we agreed on was great too! When I came to pick up my car, Andrew walked me through every single detail of the car, showed me how all the gadgets worked, and even set up my bluetooth for me. This kind of customer service went above and beyond my expectations, and I left feeling completely satisfied with my purchase.
