My vehicle was taken to Crestview for a repair (4 months after i purchased it). While there I had it looked at by the bodyshop personnel because they were supposed to repair the rear bumper as part of the after i purchased it). While there I had it looked at by the bodyshop personnel because they were supposed to repair the rear bumper as part of the contract (it needs replacing as there is a hole right through the bumper). I questioned why the part was not ordered when I bought the vehicle, but the personnel had no answer. She did, however, photocopy my paper which stated the promise of service, spoke to my salesman, and said it would be ordered. That was over 2 months ago. I phoned the other day to get the status of this order only to find out there was nothing done, no record of me every having talked to anyone about the bumper. This is terrible customer service, and I am positive I am going to be asked to "swing by" so they can look at the bumper - I have a full time job and 5 children. I don't have time to "swing by" because of your employees' disorganization. Also, while my vehicle was in for repairs I had the oil changed. After paying around $70.00 for the oil change - which is mandatory to have done at the lot because of the "warranty", they neglected to top off my fluids. Again, it is not so simple as to "pop by" the shop for them to top the fluids up because they screwed up...again. But no recompense is offered, not even the Service Manager gave a crap when I spoke to him. I'm not sure what my next move is supposed to be but I'm not a happy customer. More
In reading these reviews I can see one common denominator. The "up front" sales pitch, selling tactics are WONDERFUL. Pleasant, pleasing, friendly in most cases, all the way through the process o denominator. The "up front" sales pitch, selling tactics are WONDERFUL. Pleasant, pleasing, friendly in most cases, all the way through the process of purchasing new vehicle. Then, they put the keys in your hand!!! And from that time on they wash their hands when it comes to SERVICE. Most recent - my2012 Dodge Ram front seats wore out - threads unravelling turning into holes for the SECOND time. Warrantied great. They ordered the seats then made an appointment a week ahead . I promptly took it in at 7:30 am the day of the "appointment". Done. Only to get a "call" later that day- they hadn't been able to get at it so could they keep it or could I bring it back tomorrow. Same scenarios as in the past over service needs and other warranty work. So it stayed over night even though it is a work truck related to running our business for which they are totally aware. No offer of replacement vehicle for which I will call about in the am..SO BIG QUESTION - WHATS THE POINT OF THE "BOOKING" AHEAD OF TIME................................................ ......Same vehicle a month earlier wouldn't start with the command start. Battery was replaced by me by a professional. Still nothing. Took it to Crestview they took it in. At end of day they advised me - they didn't put those in, it was farmed out at the time we bought it and installed by a "audio" installer so I would have to take it to them. They "offered" to make an appointment for me; for which I almost said stuff it and made my own appointment. But oh; I had to pay my bill for NOTHING DONE...They charged me for a diagnostics test that they knew they couldn't fix anyhow - no matter the results; along with shop time etc.. Our family (7 persons) have bought at the least 6 brand new and 2 used over the past 8 to 10 years all suffered the same treatment when it comes to service. We have enough stories you could probably write a book. The best of my stories is about one of our new vehicles suffered from bad window exterior rubbers. The rubbers collected debris and scratched the glass. They were replaced on warranty twice. Great. But after one installation the speaker in the door fell to the ground when I opened the door where the window had been replaced. Even I know how to use a star screwdriver to replace the speaker properly after taking it apart to get at the window.??? I thought to my self - possibly the rubber needn't have been replaced if it had been put in correctly...Isn't there an old saying - "Do it right the first time...and you won't be doing it over again" One more little tidbit - one day while checking in I was standing at the check-in counter and could see all the way down into the shop bay area. One fellow was backing a car out of a bay; I heard a CLUNK looked over to see the car hit a pillar. More fellows gathered with hands over their mouths - it was an OMG moment. In checking it out, I will never know if there was damage - scratches, little dints etc but I know I do a "walk around" when I pick up my vehicle - from that day on. You know who is the best at his job when it comes to friendliness and super service - THAT IS THE SHUTTLE BUS DRIVERS they are second to none. Go figure, but then again they are the ones that probably hear the most about the poorest of service. Things like "It took a whole day to change a headlight"; "Seat replacements took 2 days", "My vehicle is finally done", "this is the third time that vehicle is in there for the same thing; I hope they get it right this time", "it was in there all day and they can't find out what's wrong"...thank God for the shuttle bus drivers... While we were out of town, we left our Dodge Durango with Cody Wood to have it serviced. Not only did he get it fixed for us but he picked up the tab. Cody was pleasant and very helpful. We arrived back a Cody Wood to have it serviced. Not only did he get it fixed for us but he picked up the tab. Cody was pleasant and very helpful. We arrived back at the airport and he was there to pick us up. I would recommend dealing with Cody. If I was to buy a vehicle I would definitely consider working with Cody again. Great job. More

A couple of weeks ago I called about a check engine light on my 2011 Ram Diesel with 15000 kms on it, first i could not get an appt for about 10 days. Finally the day of my appt arrives and i drop the truck on my 2011 Ram Diesel with 15000 kms on it, first i could not get an appt for about 10 days. Finally the day of my appt arrives and i drop the truck off early in the morning. About 4 oclock comes around and i get a call saying they cant look at it today, can they keep it overnight and do it first thing in the morning? Remember i have no vehicle at this time and not sure how im going to get around? I make alternate arrangements for the night and expect my vehicle back early the next day. The next day rolls around and i hear absolutely nothing, i call about 3 pm figuring they just forgot to let me know it is done and they tell me they havent even looked at it yet and likely wont get to it?? I just tell the guy i will come and get it, i just cant be without a vehicle that long especially a brand new one with 15k kms!! I walk in and ask for my keys and the guy hands them to me no apology, no explanation, nothing! So please if you are considering buying anything here or getting any work done, then think again. I will not be back ever and that is too bad considering my wife and i generally buy brand new vehicles every 3 years or so. More
Over the past few years we have bought two vehicals from this dealership on the premiss of quality workmanship and service, as well as the commitments made by sales. Because of their auto body shop, we hav this dealership on the premiss of quality workmanship and service, as well as the commitments made by sales. Because of their auto body shop, we have now sold our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and are in the process of selling our Dodge 3500 Laramie Diesel with only 41000 kms to Capital Ford Lincoln. I will never deal with this dealership again on any level and would strongly recomend that people keep driving down the street to their competitors. In fact because of Dodge's "outs" on their bumper to bumper warranty I would recomend that people not buy from in Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership untill they remember that they depend on people buying their product to pay out their government bail out.
