Made an appointment at 800 am and truck never got into service until 200pm , Then had to bring truck back the next week, Fixed rattle and the manager then tells me there's a rattle in dash but did not fix have to bring vehicle back for third service call. Getting Better I've had 4 trucks from Crestview and I've had terrible customer service from the service department (especially the body shop). However, it appears they are slowly getting better, and the quick lane oil change is a nice option. Rated only 3 stars as there are still issues with timely service. When you pre-book a vehicle in it shouldn't take 9 hours to get an oil change/tire rotation and fix a door lock (that took an hour to fix)...... More
