In order to maintain the warranty I need continue getting the vehicle serviced through the dealership. #1 I was in line, with my daughter in the back seat with two cars in front of me getting serviced. I was waiting for about 40 minutes in line until a tech came to say sorry for the wait but we have a new guy and I'll be next right away (as I could already see that). I know they have a lobby to wait at but I didn't want to get out as I had my daughter with. If it was going to be a lengthy wait they should have told me or even offer refreshments like great canadian oil change does. #2 sorry i cant remember names but there were 4 diff guys that was on my vehicle, 2 different guys asked me for the milage during the visit. No one had asked me to start up the vehicle for the oil to circulate and didn't do the oil check... thought this was a standard practice for any oil change facility. The young guy closed my hood and took off to the vehicle behind me and the lead hand guy if I could say that (seen him their the last 1.5 years maybe) said to me everything is all done and I could come pay.. I told him they never asked me to do a start up and check the oil.. so he asked me to pop the hood and he did all that for me but meanwhile he's wiping all over under my hood, looking around under my hood... #3 I got out of my vehicle to see what the problem was, he lost my access cap to the oil filter I believe it is and there was oil all over the top plastic cover and the inner fender. I was really annoyed at this point what I was seeing and especially waiting for an hour for a simple oil change. I got looking at my vehicle.... #4 there were black oily finger prints all over my vehicle, on the door handles, the door pillar, both fenders and on the hood, windshield wipers front and back. Bunch of grease xxxxxxx I tell ya. He started wiping the fender with a paper towel. I told him to stop and want the service manager. Gord fixed me up and said the oil change was on the house and he cleaned the body with the proper cleaning supplies. I am ripped right off with this whole ordeal, and I don't really care I got a free oil change but I will not be going back to crestveiw for a simple oil change. This was the worst experience ever. Also I heard 3 times during the visit from two different people that "we have a new guy"... stop the blame game and train your guys properly then. More

Brought van in for service This was the first time I owned a dodge and had to come into this dealership. The drop-off experience seemed efficient enough having you drive in and This was the first time I owned a dodge and had to come into this dealership. The drop-off experience seemed efficient enough having you drive in and go to a service desk as is the fashion at many new dealerships these days. That part was fast, and the service desk was nice and quick, but the problem I ran into was the shuttles. The drivers seemed very nice, and there were 2 vans waiting out front, but I waited nearly a half hour from when they opened to when the first shuttle was going to leave, I just ended up calling a taxi as I had somewhere I had to be. The problem was to keep the line of vehicles moving quickly the two shuttle drivers kept getting keys and moving vehicles out. I understand the line needs to move fast to process the morning rush, but there should be other staff responsible for doing this and the shuttle drivers should drive the shuttle, same as any other dealership I have been to. There was a group of about 8 of us standing around waiting and waiting, I will not plan to rely on their shuttle if I bring my vehicle back, but will likely give the other dodge dealership in town a try first. More
Just wanted an oil change! I found the service man rather pushy with his sales tactic of trying "up sale" me to a high quality oil change. He was bound and determined that I was NOT just getting the basic oil change and every time I said "no", he would come back with another "sales pitch" so I would spend more money. I've been there before and it's been NO problem, a simple oil change is all I wanted and that is what I received. If I'm constantly going to be badgered to spend MORE than what I need, I will be taking my service elsewhere. I found this to be quite a turn off. If this happens again, I won't be returning. More

Service Desk and Service Manager very helpful and caring. Service Manager was most helpful when he took vehicle for a drive.help and explained to me what was happening and eased my fears/concerns. Fantastic customer service experience I came in for an express oil change and my vehicle is relatively new. I did not know where everything was. Harpreet was kind and patient and showed I came in for an express oil change and my vehicle is relatively new. I did not know where everything was.
