Best service I've had since I bought my truck! First impression is everything to me! When I came in for my oil change and rotation I was greeted with a smile and he even asked how I was! I was impressed because every other time I was greeted with a snarl or a bark from an angry service guy. Service was quick and he explained everything to me in detail. I think Harry should be your service rep he is always friendly and very helpful and even if I had to wait that day for hours I wouldn't have cared because he gave me such a friendly greeting! I would only recommend this service Center if you had more employees like Harry. More

Best Service Chrysler Department in the City I bought my Ram 1500 new in 2014 and I have had problems with it ever since. That being said the Crestview service department, and especially Kevin Brooks have worked to make it right each time.
