MY FIRST OIL CHANGE I purchased my Jeep in May & I was due for my first oil change. Friendly, helpful customer focus service Went to get transmission fluid checked out. Drove in to service bay and Harry had someone come right over to check the fluid, then had that person ass Went to get transmission fluid checked out. Drove in to service bay and Harry had someone come right over to check the fluid, then had that person assist me to go get a litre of fluid. They then proceeded to bring my fluid level up to par(I had replaced cooler hoses, since they were leaking). Harry communicated well, then noticed my 'low tire' indicator was on and proceeded to have someone check my tires. A very pleasant experience, even though I went in with a negative attitude towards the services I was expecting. Very difficult to find service such as this in the business world today.
