Do not meet commitments, do not respond to telephone inquire Took my Jeep in for a new windshield on a scheduled Tuesday appointment. Please note that most people would go to an aftermarket windshield installer. Took my Jeep in for a new windshield on a scheduled Tuesday appointment. Please note that most people would go to an aftermarket windshield installer. I also requested that they address the 2 outstanding recalls and install new spark plugs. They said the job would be done by Wednesday at about 5pm. They called on Thursday morning to say that the parts they had were unsuitable but would have the job done Friday am. At this time they also offered a $300 fuel injector cleaning. We said we did not want the injector cleaning. On Friday morning I called to see if the car was finished. I had to leave a message because apparently everyone was busy. I called again at 4:30 to see if the car was done and was informed that it was done, the bill was $500 for spark plugs!!!! I was not happy because of the $500 for spark plugs but really unhappy because I was not called to say it was finished. Ryan said he called me and left a message saying the car was done. I had not message on my cell or our house phone. Because I live out of town, I said I could not pick it up until tomorrow (Saturday) and was informed that the body shop was closed on Saturday but they should be able to make arrangement with the Quick Lube dept and if I show up before 2pm I should be able to get my car! FYI, I own 5 Chrysler manufactured SUV's and Trucks, this is the worst service possible for a loyal customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place absolutely sucks!!!!!!!!!!! Also, FYI I am 65 years old and have never posted a message before. This message had to be posted. More

Service you can't beat I took a chance showing up early on a Monday in the hopes of having my vehicle looked at regarding a leak. As an inexperienced person when it comes to vehicles Rob was very helpful as to letting me know what had to be done on my vehicle and didn’t push anything more. He found me a great vehicle to use while my vehicle was being serviced. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience here at Crestview. Thank you Rob for making me feel so comfortable here. What is the point of warranty really? I bought my Jeep 2016 Trailhawk last year. I have had good experience up till when I brought my vehicle due paint peeling off yesterday. The service M I bought my Jeep 2016 Trailhawk last year. I have had good experience up till when I brought my vehicle due paint peeling off yesterday. The service Manager Gord submitted my claim. It appears my claim was denied citing that external factors caused the paint to peel off. This was my worst nightmare where I am left dry to sort out with Chrysler Canada or pay for a service in my view the warranty should cover.The photos clearly show there was defective paint from the factory. I understand warranty policies change but as a customer that has nothing to do with me. I bought my vehicle at Crestview Chrysler Dodge Regina and my hope was I shouldn't be left to deal with the options I was presented by Gord; Contact Chrysler Canada or "get a good deal in the body shop" This one incident has changed how I view this dealership. One can argue that my issue is minimal and that I should be able to pay for it. I am just upset by the principal - there is evidence beyond reasonable doubt. James More
