Best repair place and covered through sgi insurance! I never knew crestveiw was sgi accredited but after speaking with Brock Harris about my jeep needing "wildlife" repairs he let me know they were! After letting sgi know I was choosing crestveiw to do the repairs they contacted me quickly and got me in to asses the damage, I thought it was only exterior damage but they were thorough and found some mechanical damage and fixed it all promptly! Don and Ashley were very pleasant to deal with, They even detailed it, It was Like a brand new jeep when I picked it up! Very impressed! I will only go to them now for any repairs, mechanical or exterior! More

Bad and slow quick lane service I had oil change done last month and the Jason kemp said it takes 15 minuets or less but actually it took more than a hour and he forced me to buy I had oil change done last month and the Jason kemp said it takes 15 minuets or less but actually it took more than a hour and he forced me to buy performance oil change which cost more than $200, when I asked what is performance oil change he said engine flush what engine flush at 20,000 kms and I called Chrysler canada they never recommended engine flush, i was out of town visited Crestview first and and this is my last time. And I want to see the service manager but Jason kemp said he is busy come back any other day to see him, wow. More

Not great on diagnosis for repair Traveling from Alberta to Yorkton, Saskatchewan. I lost coolant near Regina, SK. Decided to stop in to a Chrysler Dealership to check out message Traveling from Alberta to Yorkton, Saskatchewan. I lost coolant near Regina, SK. Decided to stop in to a Chrysler Dealership to check out message on dash "check out gauges". Upon lifting the hood, there was coolant all over the engine compartment. At this point, I suggested that the truck having approximately 157,000 kms, the water pump may be the culprit .. After doing a pressure test, I was told there was a pin hole in the upper rad hose and the belt had to be changed. Hose and belt were replaced but the engine compartment was saturated with coolant, the mess was left. When the belt was off, the water pump pulley should have been checked. Arrived in Yorkton, SK. Next morning I noticed a puddle of coolant under the truck. I went to Yorkton Chrysler dealership to checkout the problem. They immediately diagnosed that the water pump was leaking. The pulley was loose. They suggested that I call Crestview Chrysler with the hope of some compensation at least on the labour charges. They were not receptive to that suggestion. We then proceeded to fix the water pump in Yorkton, problem solved. On my way back to Alberta, I stopped to Crestview Chrysler in Regina to check out an engine light indicator on the dash. They did diagnose the problem as moisture in the accelerator circuitry which was as a result of their not cleaning the engine. They did repair at no cost. When one deals with a dealership, I would expect that there should better diagnosing. I really do not feel I should have paid for the labour costs in Regina. More
