By far the worst experience I've had with a car dealership. Purchased a 2015 Buick Encore that turned out to be a TOTAL LOSS vehicle due to a previous mouse infestation. Air bags, roofliner, all ca dealership. Purchased a 2015 Buick Encore that turned out to be a TOTAL LOSS vehicle due to a previous mouse infestation. Air bags, roofliner, all carpeting and some wiring were destroyed. Vehicle was unsafe and should never been offered for sale. I believe Crestview was aware of this but chose not to disclose it to me.
