Eric was amazing to deal with! I ended up going with a different dealer for my vehicle, but through no fault of Chrysler or Eric. Eric was patient and extremely helpful, breaking down some of the complexities to buying a vehicle for me into Layman’s terms I could easily understand. He was relatable and easy-going, the sale felt more like getting to know a new friend than a transactional conversation. He did everything he could to get me in the vehicle I wanted, and listened to what I was looking for in a new vehicle better than any other salesman I’ve dealt with. After three terrible experiences at other dealerships, we found Caitlyn at Crestview Chrysler and she was nothing short of amazing! No sales gimmicks, not pushy, actually honest about the condition of vehicles (when another salesman wasn’t) and went above and beyond to find a vehicle that was in our small budget! And on top of it all, she delivered the vehicle right to us the very next morning, 2.5 hrs away! The financing process was quick and painless with Kolin and we love our new explorer! I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle through Caitlyn, and would recommend her to anyone! More
