Sales department went above and beyond! My salesman Tyler Crab was excellent. He paid attention to what I wanted in a truck and not what he wanted to sell me. He was very accommodating. He even dropped the truck off at my house because my boys were home for lunch. He was more than happy to respond to questions I had by phone or text..even after work hours. What really impressed me was the evening I picked it up to take it to see my family I picked up a screw in my tire and got a flat in there lot. All the service staff had gone home as it was 7pm so the the sales manager Rob Fenske and salesman Tyler Crab put my new truck into the service bay and changed the tire by hand just so I could take it home to show my family. This meant a lot because my grandfather passed away and the family needed something to keep our mind of our loss. The only negative was a discrepancy between the cost of a box cover and insurance with the finance department in which Rob did whatever he could to rectify the situation. Overall I was impressed my experience. In had a very unpleasant experience three years ago when I bought my previous truck. This current staff reestablished my confidence in this dealership! More
