He even supplied us with a big red bow to put on it (just like in the movies). When we picked up the car it was spotless and even had a birthday note in it. Thanks again to all the staff who helped us pull off the surprise of her lifetime - she loves her new car. More

This year was the FIRST time we have ever gone back to a dealership for a repeat purchase. Our first experience at Crestview in Dec/09 was with Steph Jost. Thanks to Steph we were able to get back on the road within a day after our vehicle was totaled. It was also the first time my wife didn't leave a car dealership in tears. We went back to Crestview in Apr/14 and again Steph and Crestview came through with flying colours. In the midst of a showroom reno they were able to deliver a new Chrysler 300 in prompt, professional manner. Now that's what I'm talking about. Thanks to all at Crestview. From the nice lady in finance who let me pronounce her name wrong to Steph Jost in sales- A class act one and all. We will be back! More

The passenger side window of my vehicle was smashed. I contacted Crestview through their website. Kurtis Anderson responded within a few minutes. He had my vehcile in the body shop the same day and arrang contacted Crestview through their website. Kurtis Anderson responded within a few minutes. He had my vehcile in the body shop the same day and arranged for a shuttle to take me to work. My window was replaced that same day and a shuttle brought me back to Crestview topick up my vehicle. Dawn Whitehouse in the body shop was very friendly and handled my paper work in a timly fashion. My window was not only fixed but my was cleaned and vacummed. I'm very pleased with the service provided by the staff at Crestview Chrysler. More
My car got totalled off and I needed a vehicle ASAP as I was going on holidays. I went to a couple dealerships and felt uncomfortable and pressured by the sales staff. I went to Crestveiw and spoke with Bro was going on holidays. I went to a couple dealerships and felt uncomfortable and pressured by the sales staff. I went to Crestveiw and spoke with Brock, no pressure and felt comfortable. He asked me exactly what I was looking for and figured out a vehicle in my price range. He showed me the 2013 journey and I loved it. They didn't have my color on their lot but by the next day it was there shined up and ready to go, he even took time to go over the options and set my favorite stations. I drove off very happy with a New vehicle rather then old with affordable payments. He went above and beyond. Don did the financial end of it and it went smoothly, if you don't want extra warranty just say no, no problem. Great customer service throughout! More
My vehicle was taken to Crestview for a repair (4 months after i purchased it). While there I had it looked at by the bodyshop personnel because they were supposed to repair the rear bumper as part of the after i purchased it). While there I had it looked at by the bodyshop personnel because they were supposed to repair the rear bumper as part of the contract (it needs replacing as there is a hole right through the bumper). I questioned why the part was not ordered when I bought the vehicle, but the personnel had no answer. She did, however, photocopy my paper which stated the promise of service, spoke to my salesman, and said it would be ordered. That was over 2 months ago. I phoned the other day to get the status of this order only to find out there was nothing done, no record of me every having talked to anyone about the bumper. This is terrible customer service, and I am positive I am going to be asked to "swing by" so they can look at the bumper - I have a full time job and 5 children. I don't have time to "swing by" because of your employees' disorganization. Also, while my vehicle was in for repairs I had the oil changed. After paying around $70.00 for the oil change - which is mandatory to have done at the lot because of the "warranty", they neglected to top off my fluids. Again, it is not so simple as to "pop by" the shop for them to top the fluids up because they screwed up...again. But no recompense is offered, not even the Service Manager gave a crap when I spoke to him. I'm not sure what my next move is supposed to be but I'm not a happy customer. More
I went in on a Saturday morning to just look at a vehicle. I was looking at a start up truck that would work for me financially, as well as make me happy. I received such stand up service and help from Brock, that after looking at other dealerships and their sales staff I knew I didn't have to go anywhere else for help. I never felt pressured throughout my entire experience and had my new truck brought in to me within a couple of days. I would recommend anyone to both Brock and Crestview in a heartbeat. More
In reading these reviews I can see one common denominator. The "up front" sales pitch, selling tactics are WONDERFUL. Pleasant, pleasing, friendly in most cases, all the way through the process o denominator. The "up front" sales pitch, selling tactics are WONDERFUL. Pleasant, pleasing, friendly in most cases, all the way through the process of purchasing new vehicle. Then, they put the keys in your hand!!! And from that time on they wash their hands when it comes to SERVICE. Most recent - my2012 Dodge Ram front seats wore out - threads unravelling turning into holes for the SECOND time. Warrantied great. They ordered the seats then made an appointment a week ahead . I promptly took it in at 7:30 am the day of the "appointment". Done. Only to get a "call" later that day- they hadn't been able to get at it so could they keep it or could I bring it back tomorrow. Same scenarios as in the past over service needs and other warranty work. So it stayed over night even though it is a work truck related to running our business for which they are totally aware. No offer of replacement vehicle for which I will call about in the am..SO BIG QUESTION - WHATS THE POINT OF THE "BOOKING" AHEAD OF TIME................................................ ......Same vehicle a month earlier wouldn't start with the command start. Battery was replaced by me by a professional. Still nothing. Took it to Crestview they took it in. At end of day they advised me - they didn't put those in, it was farmed out at the time we bought it and installed by a "audio" installer so I would have to take it to them. They "offered" to make an appointment for me; for which I almost said stuff it and made my own appointment. But oh; I had to pay my bill for NOTHING DONE...They charged me for a diagnostics test that they knew they couldn't fix anyhow - no matter the results; along with shop time etc.. Our family (7 persons) have bought at the least 6 brand new and 2 used over the past 8 to 10 years all suffered the same treatment when it comes to service. We have enough stories you could probably write a book. The best of my stories is about one of our new vehicles suffered from bad window exterior rubbers. The rubbers collected debris and scratched the glass. They were replaced on warranty twice. Great. But after one installation the speaker in the door fell to the ground when I opened the door where the window had been replaced. Even I know how to use a star screwdriver to replace the speaker properly after taking it apart to get at the window.??? I thought to my self - possibly the rubber needn't have been replaced if it had been put in correctly...Isn't there an old saying - "Do it right the first time...and you won't be doing it over again" One more little tidbit - one day while checking in I was standing at the check-in counter and could see all the way down into the shop bay area. One fellow was backing a car out of a bay; I heard a CLUNK looked over to see the car hit a pillar. More fellows gathered with hands over their mouths - it was an OMG moment. In checking it out, I will never know if there was damage - scratches, little dints etc but I know I do a "walk around" when I pick up my vehicle - from that day on. You know who is the best at his job when it comes to friendliness and super service - THAT IS THE SHUTTLE BUS DRIVERS they are second to none. Go figure, but then again they are the ones that probably hear the most about the poorest of service. Things like "It took a whole day to change a headlight"; "Seat replacements took 2 days", "My vehicle is finally done", "this is the third time that vehicle is in there for the same thing; I hope they get it right this time", "it was in there all day and they can't find out what's wrong"...thank God for the shuttle bus drivers... so i made arrangements to bring in a truck with all the options and colour i was looking for. we agreed on a price. the called me when the truck was in, and to tell me that they made a mistake and it does options and colour i was looking for. we agreed on a price. the called me when the truck was in, and to tell me that they made a mistake and it does not have a sun roof. i was ok with that, but they did not change the price at all. i showed up to pick up the truck, after a quick walk around it appeared to be what i agreed on. so i went to the finance office. she had all the paper work ready to sign. she very briefly went over numbers and was ready for me to sign. i realized the price wasn't what i agreed on, so i questioned it. she had all kinds of extras and insurances thrown in on top of the purchase price with out even asking me if i wanted them. i understand thats how they make there money. but it should be explained and up to the customer if thats what they want. so after that was all straightened out and i was on my way with the truck, i realized the truck did not have navigation like id asked for. so i called and they couldn't get it in for 3 weeks. which is fine. except that i like 150km away. so i had to make a 300km round trip to have this done. when i came in for the work to get done, i bought a set of mud flaps for the truck. when i got home i realized that the front flaps were the wrong ones for my truck. the rear ones worked. so i had to make a second 300km round trip just to exchange them. i fully understand that mistakes happen. but there was a large cost involved to me to make 600km of driving for there mistakes. (with no compensation) my sales man chris was excellent. very polite. and came through with all promises. the sales manager wouldn't even make eye contact when he spoke with me and always seemed like he couldn't be bothered to talk to me.
