After making my last 2.5 hour drive to have multiple issues repaired, which I had listed when booking my appointment, my vehicle was returned at the end of a long day with nothing done. I guess the service advisor was relying on his memory instead of making a work order. My check engine light even came back on before I got home. Turns out it was an oil pressure sender. Pretty big job because the intake manifold has to come off. LAZY LAZY LAZY. Just don't buy from here. Sales, which I must admit were very good, is only 1% of the experience. More

Rip off I bought a used car in September 2014, the vehicle still has a factory warranty on it. My experience just got ruined because the salesman was just out of depth the service rendered was pathetic to say the least, maybe that's how people who buy used vehicles get treated. The paperwork was hurriedly put together for me to sign with no explanation about all the fine print. The winter has finally arrived three months down the road, the remote for my command start does not want to work, I pop in to query on what could be done to help me. I am shuffled to the spare parts counter, I tell the gentleman I have recently replaced the batteries, so am shuffled again to the service department. A week later I bring the vehicle, after a while I get a phone call, I will have to fork out for the repairs. I query with the sales manager, he is not willing to listen to my story, because he tells me that, my vehicle does not below to the Crestview stable and its standard procedure that all failures/faults after three months of purchase, are not covered. and the command start was installed elsewhere. So for every one out there planning to buy a used vehicle from this dealership,, Crestview ,,,"PLEASE STAY AWAY, YOU WILL BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE" its never too late you have been warned.. ask as many questions as you can before you sign that stack of papers. More
