I was offered a good deal on a new ram sport that was fully loaded but with a significant price difference. I declined that offer. It would be nice if a lot of dealership's were more transparent on the cost of the vehicle instead of focusing on biweekly payments. I would say average price was paid for the used ram. After the deal was struck I had to wait an hour for financing the banks seem to take quite some time to get info from. After that sign some papers and additional optional warranty. Overall I would say average experience and friendly staff. More

After fighting with the service department at the dealership where I purchased the truck, I took it to Crestview and the experience has been excellent. So far it has a new transmission, new axles, and multiple tire balance- all done at Crestview. They have worked tirelessly trying to get the truck into the new condition it should have been from the factory. I can't say enough good things about Kevin Brooks and the rest of the service team.
