Purchased a pre-owned vehicle today from Dennis and I was so impressed with his service. He was knowledgable and super easy to talk to and didn’t try and sell me anything I wasn’t interested in. After only having the vehicle for a week the pinion seal rear axle and axle shaft seal left rear had to be replaced. The sales guy stated an inspection was done. I had only put 1000km on and the mechanic to rear axle and axle shaft seal left rear had to be replaced. The sales guy stated an inspection was done. I had only put 1000km on and the mechanic told me the seals were very bad so obviously were no good before I bought it, No admin key given for the vehicle so now I have to spend hundreds of dollars. Blower motor that was replaced by your team is acting up and still no response from the sales guy to rectify this . I left a few messages for a sales manager to get ahold of me a a few weeks have gone by and still can’t get a sales manager. The vehicle overall is great just a few issues the sales guy should have taken care of and didn’t. Not great customer service on his half . More
