Rip off I bought a used car in September 2014, the vehicle still has a factory warranty on it. I bought the car because it was within my budget and had extras such as command start. My experience just got ruined because the salesman was just out of depth the service rendered was pathetic to say the least, maybe that's how people who buy used vehicles get treated. The paperwork was hurriedly put together for me to sign with no explanation about all the fine print. The winter has finally arrived three months down the road, the remote for my command start does not want to work, I pop in to query on what could be done to help me. I am shuffled to the spare parts counter, I tell the gentleman I have recently replaced the batteries, so am shuffled again to the service department. A week later I bring the vehicle, after a while I get a phone call, I will have to fork out for the repairs. I query with the sales manager, he is not willing to listen to my story, because he tells me that, my vehicle does not below to the Crestview stable and its standard procedure that all failures/faults after three months of purchase, are not covered. and the command start was installed elsewhere. So for every one out there planning to buy a used vehicle from this dealership,, Crestview ,,,"PLEASE STAY AWAY, YOU WILL BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE" its never too late you have been warned.. ask as many questions as you can before you sign that stack of papers. More

Impossible to get service Being new to Regina I read review on both Dodge dealers before choosing one I felt comfortable getting my car serviced at. If you have viewed Triple Seven's reviews (almost all bad) you will see which one seems like the better choice. I called to book a service appointment and was sent to a mailbox. I left a message and expected a reply back that day or the next. When a day had past and I hadn't head back I called again only for the same thing to happen. I didn't leave a message and called a few hours later and still was unable to come in contact with an actual person. I called a few more times that day. After 3 days had passed I went online to book a service. I waited 2 days and still hadn't heard if it had been confirmed or they had an opening at that desired time. So I called again and of course I could only get an answering machine. I called back and told the receptionist what had happened and that I wanted to speak to an actual person in service and not be sent to an answering machine. So what happens... I get a machine again. From what I read on here from others rating the service I was confident with choosing Crestview over Triple Seven, but they are clearly misleading. I am actually unable to rate the service because I COULDN'T GET ANY, But I think that say enough. I will be going to Triple Seven who were more than happy to book me an appointment for the next day. More

2014 jeep Sahara purchase Good but many manufacturer defects that created undue stress and lack of faith in the jeep. Dealership was good most of the time but I had to push to get repairs done and discuss my dissatisfaction with how they handled some of the details. Now the dealership is much better and Ashley in the body shop has been the one to restore our faith in Crestview. She's amazing! More

Robert asked me for my needs of a big truck and I explained my situation. He really took the time to show me some options. I used to hate rams, but after some options that were presented from him, he found me a truck that found all my needs aswell as a truck I enjoyed test driving. He took his time showing me what was perfect for me. I was really impressed as he wasn't a dealer who wanted to just close a deal, but he wanted to provide the whole experience and gave me options. This year I called him to change my wifes car, aswell he found her a car that she will not lend out to any of the family members. Again he took his time finding the perfect car and he found her a nice Jeep. He provides the whole family information and takes his time to find a car that benefits us, not him. More
