Bad attitude, kick me out as a ball! What they can do is only to ask you to pay even if it is problem caused by themselves. They spent 2 hours finding out that they could not fix it. But they still gave me a bill of 250 CND to pay!!!!! According the technician there, there is no problem with the vehicle, the starter and the installation. The only problem is that I should not think it is a problem and persuade the technician to fix it. How ridiculous it is! Even though the salesman and sale manager thought I did not need to pay, the technician insisted. I will not come back again for sure! The sales department is nice but the services department here is the worst in city! More

First time buyer when you walk in the dealership you might find it intimidating at first considering that all of the sales rep are gentlemen and are dressed on point. when you walk in the dealership you might find it intimidating at first considering that all of the sales rep are gentlemen and are dressed on point. Marino Vecchioli was the guy I talked to online and he is very helpful with the questions that I asked. Marino is the team leader and he appointed Andrew Kuski to help me out with the car. Andrew is a very nice guy, charming(he smiles all the time) and friendly, which makes it easier for me to ask questions, whether it is about financing or the car itself. He literally did help me to figure out how some of the interior button works,(the car that i bought) it is a pre-owned, so yeah, but we managed to figure it out though. Melissa Gettis is very helpful. She managed to find me a bank institution that would loan me money to buy the pre-owned that I chose. She will get through all the details and explain it to you. More

I say that because I had visited 2 other dealerships before visiting Crestview, and felt uncomfortable due to the Sales people I had dealt with. Wasted so much time being pushed towards vehicles or features I didn't want! I went into Crestview not knowing what I wanted exactly, but I had a budget and a list of a few needed features. He really listened to what I had to say and took it into consideration when choosing a vehicle. I will absolutely be dealing with Tyler again. I never new buying a car could be so much fun!
