After getting it home found a couple of problems and Steve made sure it was repaired promptly. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to others. More

Very poor service !! After my Ram 1500 was sold to me with 2 outstanding recalls in 2014 and one of those being potentially dangerous I had to return my vehicle in order t After my Ram 1500 was sold to me with 2 outstanding recalls in 2014 and one of those being potentially dangerous I had to return my vehicle in order to have this work carried out. I live over 50km from this dealership and was offered no loan vehicle whilst they repaired it (all day) forcing my wife to leave early to drop the vehicle off as I work in the town where we live. My truck goes to this dealership every 5000kms for an oil change with the last one being very recent, now miraculously, the truck has to have work carried out where its costing the dealership time and money there are faults on the truck which need rectifying at my expense. This says to me they either hire untrained xxxxxxx to do the oil changes or they are trying to claw money back after being fined by the NHTSA for not addressing safety issues and recalls correctly. Very underhand tactics from a dealership and indeed a motor group of this size. I`m then told that as it has nearly 80 thousand kms on it that it needs to have the spark plugs replaced and the fuel system flushed, the prices quoted for these services were $279 + tax to flush the fuel system and $449 + tax to change the spark plugs. I wasn`t aware that theft had been legalised in Canada ? Crestview you should be ashamed charging people those kinds of prices and unfortunately after this experience it is the last time you will take a cent from me as I will be going elsewhere to get my service work done and also purchase my next vehicle. Knowledgable and friendly. Had Recommended dealing with Scott but he's no longer there! Appreciated that he went the extra mile to get my winter tires on before I left for the weekend. UPDATE: Not happy with the USED winter tires I got that I thought were going to be new, hence my agreement on the price. Guess I should've confirmed that. When I called after they were taken off and I was told they were now no good, I called Scott's boss Marino. Marino was of no help and tried to give me a 'deal' at cost on new tires that I found cheaper else where in town that I paid retail for...some deal! I believe he's a sales manager but I wouldn't trust him again! He didn't seem to care less that I felt I had been wronged in this deal and then tried to pull a fast one on the price of new tires. Glad I didn't fall for that again. More

poor customer service after purchase Delayed service to get past 30 days. Manager extremely rude and had 0 knowledge about pre owned certified as he lied to my face while I had inspection Delayed service to get past 30 days. Manager extremely rude and had 0 knowledge about pre owned certified as he lied to my face while I had inspection list from dodge website in front of me. He got very short with me very quick and to top it of my sales person and a mechanic had a despute in front of me about money making it very clear to me that I was getting the run around. During the test drive the truck had the repair tire pressure system on it right from the start. he assured me it just had to be reset and he would have all the tires checked before purchasing it. Still curious how they pulled off all 4 tires and checked it all out and sent me off in my truck and then while driving i see on my dash that i have somthing in my message box only to find out it wasnt reset . After bringing it back again i find out that the censors had been tampered with sales person said was dangerous requiring them to replace the hole system costing u guys 700 witch I was grateful for but still wondered how on a 125 point inspection was this missed when it shows up in big writing every time u turn the truck on. Besides that the truck was nice i do like the truck.during purchase we agreed on setting up appointment to have black sticker's removed from between the front and back windows. I drove in to Regina from moose jaw and a hour later he says all done. I looked at drivers side while getting in and said awesome and headed home and once on highway looked in side mirror to see they didn't do passenger side .so I called and asked why and he said that's what we agreed on.who agrees to only doing half the job. The argument between sales and mechanic was when I mentioned that it idle up and down 500 rpm after driving for a bit and that's when the manager told me that hot idle performance wasnt in the inspection when it Cleary is #62 on list of website info. Tire pressure system follows under #23 malfunction indicator lamp/warning lamp. While I could be miss understood about the hot idle I clearly am not about pressure system. And prior to all of this. During the process of figuring out payments sales brought me what he told me was the info of the bank that would finance us and our monthly payment's I took my wife for a test drive and after getting back our sales guy said he didn't like what the bank offered so he called and got us a better plan wich we were happy to hear. We walked into the financing office to sign the papers to find the it was a better deal but costing us 75 dollars a month more then what we agreed on. So I said we would rather have the original deal only to find out the original deal wasn't real it was a inhouse estimate and wasn't actually a offer. Hook line and sinker. While I was very upset cause I really liked the truck they threw in 4 free fuel ups and 4 free oil changes so we agreed. But if I would of know I would of been treated so bad after the purchase and all the headaches that were coming my way in such a short time I would of walked away. Out of all that happened I would say the manager was what made me write this long letter I can't believe how someone could be that rude and ignorant. thank your for taking the time to read this letter Oh and I did ask for a simple owners manual #7 on inspection witch ur manager said if it's not in truck I don't get. I strongly suggest he educates him self on what pre owned certified is. cause what I just paid extra to have (pre owned certified ) I don't belive I got. More
