Bad attitude, kick me out as a ball! What they can do is only to ask you to pay even if it is problem caused by themselves. They installed the remote starter for my vehicle I just bought from this dealership. I need to pay for it. I found a problem with the and asked them to fix it. I need to pay for it. They spent 2 hours finding out that they could not fix it. But they still gave me a bill of 250 CND to pay!!!!! According the technician there, there is no problem with the vehicle, the starter and the installation. The only problem is that I should not think it is a problem and persuade the technician to fix it. How ridiculous it is! Even though the salesman and sale manager thought I did not need to pay, the technician insisted. I will not come back again for sure! The sales department is nice but the services department here is the worst in city! More
