Was greeted with lackluster product knowledge (not knowing the available rear end axle ratios available) as well as no knowledge of financing promotions going on. When I suggested that the Ram website indicated the current promotion I was told that this photocopied piece of paper being carried around was "gospel" and the website must be wrong. I suggested that they get onboard with a corporate email system to help inform them of promotions and programs going on. Tyler Crabbe was a pretty good guy, answered questions via text even on his day off. Daniel Bonin was very, very knowledgeable about the product and a pleasure to talk to. Rob Fenske was as clueless as can be and as a Team Leader that sets up his sales team for failure if he isn't able to get his stuff right. Jodi Jansen was very good to deal with and welcomed my feedback on the encounter. In the end I found the truck I want online (from Alberta), through a couple emails and a phone call they beat any pricing here in Regina and they knew about the truck and the programs and promotions being offered. Won't be buying a vehicle from these guys any time soon. More
