Unaware of features Salesperson knew nothing about what features were included in my Jeep, and after purchasing it a lot of the features weren't there. MY FIRST OIL CHANGE I purchased my Jeep in May & I was due for my first oil change. I' hadn't been for service to Crestview for many years (we bought a Van 16 years ago s I purchased my Jeep in May & I was due for my first oil change.
