Your 3rd attempt fails once again 3 times you failed to repair this warranty issue. Your service work was incompetent at best and your willingness to accommodate an existing custom 3 times you failed to repair this warranty issue. Your service work was incompetent at best and your willingness to accommodate an existing customer is worse; and rates a zero. So your service work rates zero stars. I drove to Regina to pick up this vehicle after a third attempt to repair it and a 2 week period of waiting for the repairs to be complete. It was twice planned to be picked up and twice, postponed. And the day my son picks it up for me, it again fails again, within blocks of the dealership. But you a closed. He phone me, to say that the ABS light is on again, but I'm already almost to Regina with his vehicle. I overnight. Next morning it is working once again on the run to the dealership; so I abort and return to my son's home. A few hours later I go out and it again fails; but the light goes back out, a very short time later. This repeats 3 more times and finally totally fails. So I go to dealership myself, and get told to bring it back next Monday. Then I told the service rep that wouldn't work for me, especially after 3 attempts. I also tell him that my son was looking after it, for me and that I was from out of town. He very quickly wanted to get rid of me and and that the paperwork was handled by a Darcy. He might be able to help me. Darcy overheard the conversation, but did not step forward. He then tells me to bring it back on Friday, THAT's NO HELP! So Darcy gets a "0" and the "other guy" also rates a zero. Nobody there wants to get this vehicle fixed and it seems to me that this is a very regularly happens at this dealership. I also stopped at at the parts counter and expected to pick up parts. But your parts department did not have these parts. The person I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful but... I must say that ownership is not interested in providing part and service departs the resources need to make a functional dealership in the post sales area. You are therefore not interested in repeat business. I will never make another purchase from Crestview, and I will pass that on my experience to any that I meet. FYI, I normally get a new unit ever year or two. More
Bad experience taking Jeep in for oil change and recall Rating of 0 - took Jeep in for oil change and recall work. Was ready when they said it would be BUT had no oil left in the engine by the time i got h Rating of 0 - took Jeep in for oil change and recall work. Was ready when they said it would be BUT had no oil left in the engine by the time i got home - less than 5 miles from dealership. low oil pressure light did not notify until i pulled into driveway. about 1/2 litre of oil dripped onto driveway after i turned the ignition off. no oil measured on dip stick. Was told that there is no engine damage - which I doubt. another mechanic informed me at best, i have lost 10% of engine life. Not the service office staff that is at fault - its the technician and their immediate supervisor who should be accountable. More

Recommend change rear pinion seal. 40$ part, 200$ labor. Had warranty recall for airbag. While in there service recommended that the rear pinion seal be changed as it was leaking. I had called around and there were cheaper garages but felt that I should stick with dodge for their specific expertise on dodge vehicles. I live out of town. Had repair done, it was quick, and other then 20$ shop fee tacked on it was as estimated. Now rear end is making horrible grinding noises, sounds like metal on metal. Have booked follow up appt to have this looked at. Very inconvenient. No apology from service guy, just told to get vehicle in. I will write another review later today with the hopefully end of this story. To note, had the same warranty work (airbag) at Honda, they washed my vehicle for me! More
