Exceptional service again from Harry Rehlan I have a 2013 Ram 2500 diesel which has one grease zerk at the front end. Many dealerships and mechanics do not know this exists and tell you the truc I have a 2013 Ram 2500 diesel which has one grease zerk at the front end. Many dealerships and mechanics do not know this exists and tell you the truck requires no lubing underneath. They are wrong. According to the ownership manual, the zerk requires regular greasing. Harry Rehlan knew this when he first helped me to get it taken care of, and on my last visit a few days ago, he did the same. An excellent service person, he clearly cares about service customers who have purchased Dodge vehicles. In contrast, 777 Chrysler in Regina told me the truck didn't need greasing. Wrong. I will never go there again. Finally, the Dodge dealer in Las Cruces, New Mexico was aware of the zerk and greased it for me with no problem. More

I was looking at the Trail Hawk and Brock suggested I look at the Limited as I won't be doing any off roading with my Jeep and the Limited would be a nicer ride in the city. I appreciated his honesty, which can be rare with some salesmen, but I found Brock to be very open and honest and was able to give me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend Brock Harris to anyone looking for a new vehicle. And would also recommend the Jeep Cherokee, Limited Edition. Love it! More
