First time buyer - Great service! I spoke to Alex Roy from Crestview multiple times before even going to the dealership and by the time I had decided I was ready to come in Alex had given me multiple options that were in my budget and we managed to narrow it down to about 3 choices, the Renegade, Compass and Patriot. When I went into the dealership Alex and Cory Harden greeted me and made sure I felt welcome, Cory showed me the three car options and I was pretty sold on the Renegade after the test drive, but still took time to think about the price. Alex checked in on me the following week and helped me realize the Renegade was the right choice for me, so I went back in and bought my dream vehicle! I am exceptionally happy with the services of Crestview and would recommend them to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle! More

The place to go when having car trouble. Our car broke down and was towed to Crestview. Monday they were given the symptoms I had experienced. We went to check on our car and they very care Our car broke down and was towed to Crestview. Monday they were given the symptoms I had experienced. We went to check on our car and they very carefully explained the problem. On the test drive, another issue arose and they took the car in immediately and found another faulty part in the computer. They had issued me with a courtesy vehicle which they returned to me to use as my own. They explained it would be almost 2 weeks to get another part in. They were always very good at explaining what needed to be done. We got our Jeep back in about 10 days. I would never hesitate to recommend this garage/dealer to anyone and I will be going there for my next vehicle purchase. More

He was professional and courteous and was also able to answer some of my other questions about my new (to me) van. He also adjusted one of my settings on my door locks to make it more efficient for me. I was in and out in under 15 minutes and he was great to deal with from start to finish.
