Eric was amazing to deal with! I ended up going with a different dealer for my vehicle, but through no fault of Chrysler or Eric. Eric was patient and extremely helpful, breaking down some of the complexities to buying a vehicle for me into Layman’s terms I could easily understand. He was relatable and easy-going, the sale felt more like getting to know a new friend than a transactional conversation.
