I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Brodie thinking it would be a great first car for my daughter. It’s been nothing but problems since day one. The shocks are completely shot, the roof is leaking, and we weren be a great first car for my daughter. It’s been nothing but problems since day one. The shocks are completely shot, the roof is leaking, and we weren’t told about the rust until after I signed the paperwork and the car was delivered. Brodie claimed the manager would help us fix these issues, but we never heard from anyone again. No follow-up, no accountability. To top it off, while I was in SGI getting the plates, he was already on the phone trying to close another deal — zero regard for the fact that I’d just been sold a car with hidden issues. More
