Worst experience of my life. Do not recommend!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! Not only do they rip you off and try to take all the money you have, but they don't even want to provide service!!! Worst customer service ever!!!! Not only do they rip you off and try to take all the money you have, but they don't even want to provide service!!! I've been having issues with my 2014 jeep patriot (that I had mistakenly bought from them in November 2013). Now that my engine is having issues, they can't even be bothered to do anything about it, instead they tell me to take it back to Kal Tire and have them work on it. They're basically telling me my jeep is fine because it's running for them right now, and is even driveable. Which it is until you're driving and then all of a sudden the engine fails and you're stranded. Which is what happened to me on Saturday when I was driving out of town on a back road with minimal cell service. Luckily I was able to call a friend to pick me up and call CAA for a tow. Dodge is trying to tell me it's bad fuel, but I had my fuel tank drained by kal tire in November when I was first having engine issues, and they even replaced the fuel and oil. Biggest mistake of my life was trading in my luxurious Chrysler 300 touring for a xxxxty base model jeep that a couple years later is having issues with the engine. Not only did they sell me a xxxxty vehicle but they ripped me off so hard on my trade, which is my fault because I should've caught that at the beginning. Lesson learned, never buying from cranbrook dodge again and I don't recommend anyone else does either. And from what I've recently heard from others, this isn't the first time they've provided terrible customer service. They fail to understand and empathize my frustration and instead are victimizing themselves. What a joke. More
Warranty issue I work all over British Columbia and my new Jeep has given me nothing but problems (in shop about once a month) I therefore visit alot of dodge dealer I work all over British Columbia and my new Jeep has given me nothing but problems (in shop about once a month) I therefore visit alot of dodge dealerships. I in general find each dealership to be lacking in professionalism and knowledge . Some places are downright rude, most likely not wanting to deal with issues covered under warranty. This dealership however met and exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to help and explain the issues. I highly recommend them :) More
The Good & The Bad. You won't find a better place to "buy" a vehicle. With Salesman like Roy Hughes, and a finance manager with good relationships with local banks like J You won't find a better place to "buy" a vehicle. With Salesman like Roy Hughes, and a finance manager with good relationships with local banks like Jason Spyksma It's hard to beat the buying experience, all boxes check. But there's two sides to it: buying & maintenance. The service side is more essential then the buying side. Yes, we all need to purchase it, but we need it serviced as well. Hoping a change in management was the key to past hold ups, but I think the issue lies with the technicians and there "indespenability" there are not enough "good qualified " mechanics in the area. Then when they make countless mistakes and exhibit poor judgement, it's tolerated. There's no fear of job loss, so why go the extra mile or strive to be better? I won't even list the problems I have had, they wouldn't fit on one hand. And after reading them no one in there right mind would go back. I've heard bad things. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried them myself. Could not have imagined that it could have been worse then I thought. If you want a service Center ran by a former internet manager who is afraid to put his foot down, who will let cars role out of the shop with even routine things like oil changes oil systems not being reset, dirty paint and interiors. If small things can't be done properly, how can you trust the big issues? Save your vehicle. Service Elsewhere. Or don't buy a dodge. Really hard to put into words the situation with cranbrook dodge service Center. It's really bad. More
Covered up a major problem with used car My experience with Cranbrook Dodge was fine, until my mechanic told me the car's transmission needed to be replaced, and that the seller knew this but My experience with Cranbrook Dodge was fine, until my mechanic told me the car's transmission needed to be replaced, and that the seller knew this but drained the transmission fluid and put new fluid in to cover up the problem. I do not recommend this dealership because they have no morals and will lie to you to make money. More
