They would not give me a fair price a year and a half ago on a trade. Slow to get suggested repairs.xxxxx. Only 1 good female person in service More

Awful place!! Do not recommend!!! Within the last 6 months I've been going back for head gasket leaks I'm on round 10 the 9th time I brought it there they "fixed" it and it might have Within the last 6 months I've been going back for head gasket leaks I'm on round 10 the 9th time I brought it there they "fixed" it and it might have went 10 km I had it sitting due to horrible oil burning smell while parts were ordered for different issue brought it back to get these parts on and surprise more leaks!! Service has been the worst I have 2 little ones and this car had me stranded on the road yet they said my car was fixed and at 100% driving capacity! The service I've had is the absolute worst they're rude and don't explain what's actually wrong with the car. More

They claim GM wd not put it thru because there wasn't enough documentation. Service Manager Blake -arrogant, would not let u explain or put in a word. Too bad, met C Dunn when I bought the car and he seemed genuine. But as usual the service promised at purchase does not follow thru. They do keep calling to remind me that I need this or that at this time. Makes u wonder why they are so desperate for business. I will never buy anything from this place again. Fooled me once but not twice! More

I got a very sharp price on the exact truck I was looking for and I was grateful. It was hard for me to find the time to travel out to Portage. After confirming my appointment, to my surprise they don't have the truck!!!!!! Lucky me however, they don't have that truck but they have others like it on there lot! THIS IS THE OLDEST TRICK IN THE BOOK!!!!!! This is called the,”Bait and switch” everybody. Some kid was incredibly rude also in trying to explain why they don't have the truck they priced for me. (He had to deal with me because surprise,.. surprise,...my salesperson Rick Schultz was not available to tell me that I just made a special trip for nothing!!) I will never deal with small time dealerships again but I will buy my new GMC Sierra in Winnipeg. You just lost a sale Craig Dunn!! More

After purchasing 3 vehicles in the past 3 years there is no royal treatment. Poor dealer support and customer care. More
