Maybe due to interruption from others, or our stress with all this. Vehicle had damaged mirror from employee, had to wait a week to replace it. When we got home from that, passenger door would not open from inside, had to return again, then after that, remote access, does not work on a regular basis, went back again, they told me it was the cold and dampness, was causing it to not operate. Why would they not offer to replace this handle? Traded an Edge for this vehicle, never had a problem with all four doors on it, over eight years. Service, person Alec, was more than accommodating during and at the time, but I don't believe he really thinks it is caused by the weather. Therfore I will have to think twice, before we return to this dealership. I thought that We, would have been treated a little better, as this was second purchase. More
