Louis sold me the first Ford I purchased at Courtesy Ford more than 15 years ago. Due to his outstanding performance he was promoted to sales manager and therefore I wasn’t able to deal with him for subseque more than 15 years ago. When I enquired about making a trade on my visit on April 21/22 Louis saw me, remembered me and was happy to provide all the information that I needed to solidify a new deal.
