I could not take the time to return the vehicle, or I would have and should have. It was supposed to have been delivered safety-certified. It barely passed the MVI, and only after over $1800 worth of work. I had to strong-arm him to follow through on that to cover only $1000 of those costs - not to mention being overcharged for the delivery without any documentation. After a mild winter, and being kept in underground parking, the vehicle is now deemed a fire hazard and no longer drivable without extensive and costly repairs. Please get any and all assurances in writing, and do not believe a word Bart Hartwick says about the vehicle's condition. I am very familiar with this make and model and had researched buying used vehicles, asked all the recommended questions, and had been assured that the vehicle was in really good condition and that there was no rust except for two little spots by the rear license plate, only to be sold a vehicle that was heavily corroded underneath. Wasted even more money having them undercoat it to preserve its supposed great condition before delivery.
