Chantelle promtly replied to my emailed inquiry about trucks they may have on the lot. I did not feel under any pressure, but when I did decide to go through with the purchase, the process was efficient and friendly. All questions were answered, and a lot of the staff stayed well beyond their shift to help me out, going well out of their way through and through.
