I had not bought a new car in about 11 years and brought my brother with me for independent advice. We made at least three visits to the dealership, including for a test drive. Karissa Tynes was our sales person from our first visit. She was friendly and most of all well informed about the Mazda product and accessories, as well as the services available at the dealership. She gave me all the info I needed but never pressured me to make a quick decision or to buy more than I needed. Through Karissa I met the whole management team and found all to be friendly, extremely gracious, fair, and respectful throughout. I personally feel Karissa is an asset to the team and brings a fresh approach to the old world of high pressure car sales. She and the whole team are proud of being members of the Mazda team and each one of them lived up the their promise of a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase experience.
