We appreciated that they did not play the “I have to talk to the manager” game and leave us waiting and wasting our time. Instead after the manager test drove our trade in car he came with all the information ready. He gave us a good price for our trade in car and he had already calculated the biweekly costs for payments for a 5 year, 6 year or 7 year term. They cheerfully accommodated our 2 friends who were accompanying us and offered us privacy to consider our choices and our options for purchase. More
