I should start by mentioning that I am a very busy person so when I started looking for a car for my mom, online at a ridiculously late hour of the night was my step one. I woke up to an email from Ben Norman the following morning - to which I didn’t reply for at least another 2-5 days (sorry Ben - I was really busy). After Ben and I could finally connect on a Saturday in between my obligations, Ben tasked himself with finding the perfect car for my mom - which was a super tall order. My mom is (sorry mom) getting up there, so aside from my mom’s lower budget for a car, I needed the car to be reliable and safe for her driving to and from work safely (she’s been known to drive some death traps in her day). We finally narrow the choices down to two and my partner and I take the day to drive her up to the dealership (I’m a Victoria resident as well). After two test drives and lots of chatting (my mom gets chattier the older she gets) she decides on a car (which is thankfully the one we’ve been hoping she’d choose) and huzzah! It’s a done deal and we couldn’t be happier. Ben was fantastic from start to finish and I highly recommend him. He was so nice, a great listener, and really patient (i.e. I’m only getting around to doing my review now and I should’ve done it in October - sorry Ben, I’ve been busy). My mom was really impressed too - so impressed she ended up naming the car Norman! More

A very good experience from start to finish. Karissa made my car purchase so much better than any I have made before. She is very personable, knowledgeable and spends as much time as necessary. I did not feel pressured at any time and tried many different vehicles with a variety of routes to put the vehicles through their paces. At no point was I bombarded with phone messages, texts or any of the games that other dealers play. After I received my keys she still spent time getting me used to the controls and setting alarms and the sound system to my preferences. I dealt briefly with Chantelle and she was also very professional. Logan dealt with the finance and walked me through the other necessary information and was extremely helpful. More
