Awesome first new car purchase experience!!! I was waiting for the new Mazda 3 2019 since i saw the prototype model in January. Mike was keeping in touch with me via email for any bits of update I was waiting for the new Mazda 3 2019 since i saw the prototype model in January. Mike was keeping in touch with me via email for any bits of update on when it will came in. When it arrived, took a test drive an made an order. Since it was my very first new car, i wanted EXACTLY the way i wanted. In the parking lot they had one like i wanted (trim, color, features) but it wasn't AWD. Not once Mike pressured me to buy that one instead of ordering one. When the car came in, Mike picked me up from home, drove me to the bank (like i said first time buyer, forgot void checks) then the dealership. Mike an Logan explained everything i needed to know. They were really friendly and helpful! a great experience!! And my new car rocks !! Thanks again Mike for all your help ! More

After ruling out three competitive dealerships in the valley (for a number of reasons) we arrived at the Courtenay Mazda dealership. Our experience gave us new hope that there are still businesses that understand the importance of customer service. Karissa Tynes our salesperson was wonderfull, explaining everything about our preferred vehicle choice. She went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best deal possible, and when she heard that my wife wanted a red car she produced a loaner that was everything we wanted. Karissa and the staff at Courtenay Mazda treated us like friends of the family and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I have given an estimation of 2.5 hr work on the vehicle but they ended up keeping it for the whole day and delivered it to me the next morning. so disappointed as I have lost a potential employer as I have plans of attending an interview after my service appointment. except for the service department wrong estimation, everything looks good. John Taylor was awesome I found JT to be personable, knowledgeable and present. JT always returned my calls and emails promptly.
