The day we decided to buy the car was his day off and when he found out we'd decided to buy it he came in to shake our hands and thank us. That was above and beyond! The new owner Corey was also great to work with, he met us personally and ran through all of the numbers so we knew the exact breakdown of our purchase, including the amount that the dealership was making off of our purchase, we hadn't see that before. Chad was great in financing, and Gaye was also a great help. She even offered to do a Timmies run while we were waiting for our financing when I mentioned I was hungry! We were overall very impressed with the staff and experience at Mazda. More

She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, which has a very sophisticated technology package and she worked with Corey the sales manager to offer a great competitive package including trade in on our truck. Ultimately because of a couple of small details in features we chose the Honda CRV - but it was a very close call and for customers seeking their own specific features the decision could well have gone the other way. The service dept always ask if we need a courtesy car which is helpful to us. Zach, our salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable in answering our questions. He was never pushy, just walked away allowing us to talk about things which eventually led us to trade in our old car and buy a new Mazda3. He went 'above and beyond' in taking me to the bank downtown to get a needed form for the financial part of the deal. (We are from Port Alberni and don't really know the town that well.) All the people we dealt with on that day were friendly, polite, helpful and the service was AWESOME!!!!! A beautiful sitting area with TV, magazines, coffee etc. makes the wait comfortable.Later Zach sent us a video to help us with some of the tech items, which is very helpful because we're not that tech savy. We definitely recommend Courtenay Mazda to everyone. Thanks Zach!!! More
