Worst service ever had.. The worst management.. Hii guys I was at this dealership last week to inquire on a new 2016 corrola and the sales guy helped me he told me some offers about financing. He asked me to get my credit check which I did I gave him my IDs later he asked me to put some deposit on the vechile. I told him that I am not sure if I wanted to buy it for sure or not. He said don't worry if u don't wanted to go ahead we will give u your money back the sameday I found a better deal at other toyota dealership and I called sales rep that I don't want to go ahead he said no problem my refund will be ready in a week. So I was at this dealership this eve and the sales rep I was dealing with he is gone to India without letting anyone know about my case. So I called their sales Manager he was first so rude and he said he won't refund my money at anycost . He said why I was gone at someother dealership because I was gone to look for better deal he said I lost my deposit. I told him I am buying the same car from other Toyota deller. I asked them at the time deposit so many times that if it is refundable or not and they said yes sir don't worry. These guys giving me so hard time .. A part of it they refuse to give me my documents back. Please guys if u planning to buy a car think before you go to this dealership. I love Toyota but I guess management at this location is worst. At the last I told this guy that I will go online and I will write the review and he is like sure no problem at all.. Management here at country hill Toyota is making Toyota down... More

Did not like this dealership at all! I went in for an appointment made significantly in advance; when I arrived at the dealership, they didn't have a shuttle available for me to get me ho I went in for an appointment made significantly in advance; when I arrived at the dealership, they didn't have a shuttle available for me to get me home (even though I asked for a Shuttle months prior). I was asked to arrange my own ride home and also asked to arrange a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car without an apology. They took longer then they quoted me and when I came back to get my vehicle it was dirty (from the repair) on the inside and hadn't been washed on the outside. I have gone to Charlesglen Toyota several times and my car was always clean when they were done with it. I will not be returning to this dealership! Horrible customer service and lack of quality! More

Then add insult to injury he offered 2000 for a trade in truck whose blackbook value was 10K, and in fact CharleGlen Toyota offered 7K for same truck and gave me great deal on a Crewmax that I bought on the spot with Remote starter thrown in. Waste of our Time We were looking at a new Toyota and felt our time was wasted visiting Country Hills Toyota. After investigating dealer invoice pricing for the vehicl We were looking at a new Toyota and felt our time was wasted visiting Country Hills Toyota. After investigating dealer invoice pricing for the vehicle we were interested in, we were contacted by one of their sales reps who promised to sell us the vehicle at dealer cost if we'd stop in to see him. We stopped by with the intention of making a deal, however started to feel a little insulted when he continually went back to the MSRP on Toyota's website referring to it as their cost. Regardless, we called the bluff and made an offer that was, from our research, very close to their cost on the vehicle. It was rejected (as expected) and we were pitched the "we are the biggest dealer" spiel and told they would beat any other price. We left. A few days later we were contacted again saying there were new promotions and this time they'd give us a great deal. We went again, not expecting too much, and knew immediately it was a waste of time when once again he went back to the MSRP on Toyota's website. This time we gave them an actual offer we had since received from another dealer and ask them how they could beat it as they claimed they would. No response other than "make us an offer". We offered the same price with a couple hundred dollars of accessories thrown in and were rejected without even a counter proposal. Don't waste your time with the gimmicky sales tricks at Country Hills... There are far better Toyota dealers in Calgary! More
