Service department was absolutely sloppy and the lack of communication is unreal. When things go wrong the day a vehicle is sold and you blame the customer you need to rethink your customer service approach. NEVER will anyone I know buy through this dealership again. More

I went in on the weekend and realized that the once great small town dealership it was is definitely gone. I got the pleasure of dealing with the manager Ted, and let me tell you, he is easily one of the biggest xxxxxxx I have ever met. Never have I been treated so poorly or talked down on so badly as by him. You'd think he would try to be at least a decent person considering I was trying to buy a brand new SUV and the fact through the years my family has bought at least a dozen vehicles there, but apparently it must be a good new tactic to just be the worst possible person instead, must sell more cars that way. Well anyways I know that I will never set foot in that building again, definitely not as long as he is there, maybe even after he is gone because I have a very bitter taste left in my mouth over this.
