a new beginning I have owned 7 Honda's in my past 30 years ,bought and leased .Great product and they always kept their pricing within their range but lately are sacr I have owned 7 Honda's in my past 30 years ,bought and leased .Great product and they always kept their pricing within their range but lately are sacrificing within their finishes and sometimes quality . I truly enjoy the comfort and posture the Rav 4 has to offer and the quality of the finish is very nice . Not plastic everywhere . I have a friend who got a Corrola last year and she got .99 % Int/rates . I got 5.99 % which is a bit steep considering Honda was at . 99 % . My friend also got winter rims and wheels with her package . Maybe Toyota should encourage some little extras to sweeten the deal . A little deceived it didn't come with a remote starter , my last 2 cars where included . I am enjoying my Rav 4 and the salesman was great also for explaining and demonstrating the vehicule to me. I will recommend Tom Everson if I am asked about Toyota products I the near future . Overall great experience . A Honda man converted to Toyota . More

time of delivery of vehicle Nick was welcoming. He spoke French to us which we appreciated. On the day we took delivery of our vehicle, inside the vehicle, Nick explained VERY F Nick was welcoming. On the day we took delivery of our vehicle, inside the vehicle, Nick explained VERY FAST how to work certain parts of the safety package, how to program telephone numbers etc. I am Jacques's wife and I have trouble understanding modern technology; instead of slowly explaining how to do it, Nick simply did it for one telephone number, a few radio stations...I was so stressed out that I did not understand anything he was doing or saying (about how to put in the numbers, how to select radio stations, ETC.). When I asked him about where the service department was and how it worked, he simply said that the service department was where we had picked up the vehicle and no other explanations. I wonder, was Nick in a hurry to get rid of us? or did he have other more important things to do? or he did not have the patience to deal with an older lady who doesn't understand modern technology! More
