The young man informed me at least 3 times on the progress of the inspection, diagnosis, approximate wait time and cost of repair. I was very impressed with his caring attitude. An excellent employee. You are very lucky to have him. Thank you for the excellent service. Huguette Lortie 1209 Hebert Street Cornwall, ON More
Simply excellent! I have bought three vehicles from Cornwall Honda. They have an excellent sales team who are extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Regardless I have bought three vehicles from Cornwall Honda. They have an excellent sales team who are extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Regardless of who you are dealing with, they are all helpful, friendly and willing to help. The service department (the department in my opinion that counts the most) is nothing short of fantastic. We left our previous vehicle brand because their service was poor. To the contrary, Cornwall Honda's service department have been great to deal with and I have no reason fault them at all. Love dealing with Cornwall Honda! More

Only after the threat of going to OMVIC did they fix the ball joint and strut, but my garage has since found an oil leak and a damaged resonator, possibly 700 bucks to fix. It cant be us says honda we give you a honda certified vehicle, know you bought an auction honda and sold it as a honda certified lemon.$25k and my first and possibly last honda. My oil leak and resonator will be fixed by a trusted mechanic and OMVIC will be informed. Always get your used honda checked within your first 7 days by a trusted mechanic, they cannot be trusted...
